• I scheduled a service call to have my ductwork inspected because the airflow is very uneven from one side of the house to the other. The air temperature from the vents appeared normal, so my concern was airflow distribution. When the technician arrived, he made comments such as “I don’t have a magic wand,” “All homes are like this,” and “Colorado is a mile high.” He seemed to dismiss the issue before performing any inspection. He was unwilling to inspect the ductwork beyond the section I showed him and never went past the doorway. The only work he performed was checking refrigerant pressures, which were normal. He also said he planned to clean the outdoor unit, but his hose was too short, so that was not done. In the end, the uneven airflow issue was never investigated, and no repairs, adjustments, or recommendations were made. I was left with the same unresolved problem I had before the appointment.

• I would also give this team 10 stars if I could. I moved into new house and my HVAC system was so loud, it sounded like a jet engine overhead. James, Shane and Team rerouted that whole air return And worked some other magic to make it nearly silent. They managed to complete it all in several hours and everything was cleaned up like they were never here. Excellent! Best decision ever!

• If I could give 10 stars, I would. From the office staff to the technicians and the owner, we have been beyond impressed with Allied. They truly care about their customers and go above and beyond on every job. We started by having them service our home AC and heater, then had them replace our AC, followed by our furnace when it went out. The pricing was fair, and the customer service was exceptional every step of the way. More recently, I called Allied about our pool heaters, and Brannon and his team jumped into action. They took the initiative to not only get everything working properly but also bring our system up to date. • Edit: Had some issues with my air conditioner and Kristin in the office was able to get me scheduled with their BEST TECHNICIAN THE VERY NEXT DAY! This company is AMAZING. Kristin got us scheduled without any problems and even got us a crew early on short notice? Chris and Darren came out and helped us out at our small business. They came for one thing and actually helped with multiple problems they found that could be serious in the future. This is the best hvac shop in town from top to bottom. • Avoid Tracey if you can. In my experience she was the worst customer service person Ive ever encountered. The rest of the company was great to work with unfortunately she was the last person I worked with. This company has great communication and does amazing work. It was so easy to get scheduled with Kristin and then she sent us Chris and Darren who helped us more than we even knew we needed. They do honest and really good work. They seem like they really care about the equipment they work on and how to help people make them last longer and work better. Stop wasting money at these other hvac places and hire this team.
