• Josh was very friendly and extremely professional and thorough before and after winterizing the swamp cooler and checking the furnace .What I really liked was he noted that the fan belt was frayed and the blower motor was leaking oil on the swamp cooler. So he suggested it getting repaired next spring before starting it up for summer use. Everything Josh performed was part of the maintenance contract I have.

• The estimate by this company to replace an existing tankless water heater was almost $4500!!! Yes, just the labor, no heater included!!! which would been already extremely expensive, since reputable Rheem and comparable heater retail cost is about $1300, we had purchased ourselves. After we told the technician Robert McGee that he probably, mistakenly added extra zero to his estimate, and that will share with the public our experience about his company, he asked not to do it politely, but when we insisted about price gouging he cussed us out "f..k it do it". So here it is folks. You are being warned. Stay away from this company and be cautious about national franchises with 5 stars reviews. Look for the honest people and the honest pay.

True to their word Kurt Strubler was punctual, professional, and personable. Extremely informative and thorough.
