• Well, we got our fan today and oh my goodness the difference already. I’ve lived in this house for 24 years with no AC and decided to get one of these fans due to the super hot nights making it hard for my pregnant wife to sleep. The technicians were extraordinary nice and quick. There were some hiccups but they were dealt with quickly to the point I didn’t recognize anything was the matter. The only thing I noticed was we the remote didn’t work after i had tried it an hour later. After testing power (I’m an electrician and ran my own line to the fan so I wanted to make sure) I found the PDF and was able to easily understand and re connect the remote myself. Technology isn’t perfect so I can’t blame them after a great time with those Techs who overall did a super awesome job. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

• Night and day difference having a whole house fan installed. Brooke walked me through all my questions that I had helping me to pick out the right system for my house. Installation took 1.5hrs and no issues. Walked me through operation and the cooling effect was immediate! With the new time of use rates in the Springs, this will help cool off the house quicker at night (aftet 9pm) without having to turn the a/c on full blast to take the heat out and keep it cooler when the temperatures are easily 20-25.degrees cooler outside. • Eco Air installed a whole house fan for us a couple of weeks ago and they did a fantastic job! Installation only required an hour with no mess and a thorough explanation of how to use the system. The fan itself is working great and cooling our house down much more at night than either leaving the windows open or running the AC all night. Now we don’t even need to use our AC at all unless the outside temperature reaches the upper 80’s and then we only need to run the AC for a few hours in the evening. The fan is unobstrusive and the remote control is easy to use. The fan makes no more noise than running the clothes dryer, and my kids actually appreciate a little white noise anyway when going to sleep.

• I knew I wanted a whole house fan once I bought my house. I had to wait a little bit until we were removing the swamp cooler For AC l because that opening was exactly where the fan would go. I called around a few places and Eco air solutions Was definitely the most knowledgeable and friendliest to talk to. And Brooke Was very knowledgeable and got the whole thing set up with the size of fan and everything In a few minutes. She really impressed me with her confidence and knowledge on the phone talking about their fans. I forgot the gentleman who came out and installed it, but he did a great job installing and fixing the roof where the swamp cooler was. Now, my wife was very confused why I wanted one in the first place. And let me just say that after two days she thinks it was a phenomenal buy and absolutely loves it. She loves running it in the morning and the afternoons before I even get a chance to turn it on, and always tells me how much she loves it. Which is a lot for her because she is a “Close the windows and run AC” person. And the kids and I are open air people so that’s a nice switch for her. Now talking about the fresh air, we do have a “airthings” in the house that reads the air quality in 7 ways. And the clean air shows up in our air quality chart, both in our voc, co2, and others. Overall got just what I wanted.

• I purchased a whole house fan system, Quiet Cool brand, From Eco Air Solutions of Colorado. I had done quite a bit of research into a Whole House Fan system and had quotes and discussions with two other vendors. Brooke was very informative throughout the inquiry phase and ultimately they had a promotional price during March that was impossible to beat. From the time I gave them the go ahead the installation was complete within two weeks. The installer, Joey, was extremely professional, communicated well with me, even showed up early. The entire installation was complete in an hour and a half. Everything was clean covered and protected. You could not tell that anyone had done any work in the house. He was very detailed about his explanation as to how the system worked. As part of the installation, I also needed some additional attic events, which a gentleman by the name of Gentry installed quickly and professionally. He too cleaned everything up, painted the vents to match and was very pleasant to deal with. I’ve only had the system a few weeks, but it works great and couldn’t be happier with the company that installed this. I will refer my friends and family to them without a doubt, for the professionalism, customer service, and price.

Wayne and his crew are professional, honest, and caring, and fixed a problem caused by operator error (me) for no charge. I expect to buy another smaller one, for an individual bedroom, to allow for different personal preferences. Note....when calling the competition, beware undisclosed upcharges for "you need more roof vents". I knew I did not, but only Wayne agreed with me....saving upwards of $400.

• Their technician arrived right on time and said it would be a 90 minute install (2 hours if problems occurred). He was complete in about 60 minutes and demonstrated the fan's ability and walked me through how it works. Worked great! He also determined which breaker was attached to the fan (in case we needed to turn break off/on) and marked it. Hopefully no more sweltering summers in an 80 degree house. I'll update when we use it this summer!
