I can’t say enough good things about Ellis Wyatt Plumbing, HVAC and Electrical. From start to finish, the entire experience was professional, honest, and incredibly smooth. It’s hard to find a home service company that you genuinely feel like you can trust, but these guys really earned it. The team was responsive, knowledgeable, and took the time to explain everything clearly without making me feel pressured into unnecessary repairs or services. They showed up when they said they would, treated my home with respect, and did excellent work. Whether you need plumbing, HVAC, or electrical work, I would absolutely recommend Ellis Wyatt. Todd made the entire process easy to schedule and understand from the beginning. He was very responsive and helpful. I sent Todd photos of what we had in the house, and he was able to let us know that they could help. We received a detailed estimate with a clear breakdown of the costs and no hidden fees, which we really appreciated. The technician arrived and was able to install our new tank within just a few hours. Wyatt Plumbing also handled scheduling the permit, and the inspector even called before arriving. Overall, the entire process was smooth and stress-free. We really appreciate how easy everything was, and most importantly, we are so happy to have hot water again!

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Starting with my experience with my first call, the Ellis Wyatt team has been transparent, communicative and knows the value of service. I needed my water heater replaced and luckily, it wasn’t an emergency situation. I researched plumbers out and found an ad on instagram that appeared too good to be true. I called Todd and he educated me on my options. However, the true test was the quality of the work. Both Aldo and Carlos were on time and did a great job. I felt like they cared about the quality of their work and not just getting the job done fast. In a time of cynicism, finding professionals that do good work and are reasonable priced is hard to come by. If you are looking for “your guy”, call Todd at Ellis Wyatt and you won’t be disappointed.
