• Pete ran diagnostic of outside unit and found leak in evaporator coil. Also went in attic to inspect a/c ducting and found many holes and torn areas. The condenser coil was thoroughly check, found no leaks but the freon is discontinue 4-10A. I thanked him for his service and said the service fee was very reasonable. We will have to discuss all with other owner of house. Thank you.

• Would not recommend the use of this company due to the facts. Had a new 5 ton unit installed in November of 2024. I called the company July 16 2026 to inform them the unit has quit working. They came out to check unit to find breaker on unit went bad. Charge $120 said unit is under warranty. They then said they will get breaker ( didn't have a breaker with them. Also while putting panel back on popped a fuse and replaced fuse) but gonna cost $295 for part handling fee. I asked why they said it was because of a/c manufacture. Now when I first called noone mentioned anything about handling for warranty parts. They said it's under warranty only thing I will have to pay is labor. So now the guy came out again today July 17 2026 to replace breaker then calls and tells me there is another labor charge of $120. Now my bill is $535 for a 1hr job with a $100 breaker. Also was told if I change breaker out myself it would void warranty so I let them do it.

The lady on the phone aka Anna was very unprofessional as well had horrible attitude and being very disrespectful when I said there worker almost hit me cuz he was speeding in a 45 speed limit going max 70mph

• Do not do business with this company I repeat don't do business with Swift air. They are a bunch of liars and thieves. I asked for a service to clean a split air ac and was only going to be 99 plus tax. The tech Peter got here about 1245 and had a little trouble getting the ac taken apart to do the cleaning but it did after about 25 mins. Then when he went to put it back together he had a lot of trouble didn't seem to remember how or where the stuff went. But once he finally got it together it turned on the right back off and was blinking which is an error code which he didn't know how to bring up so I had to goggle it and was an A6 code which has to do with the motor either going out or not put back in properly. So then he had to pull it all apart again and the motor would work when it wasn't inside the ac but not when he put it inside. So then he took it back apart and then he said the motor is bad and I would need to replace it and it would take 7 or more days to come in and would cost more labor. And I told him it was working perfectly before he took it apart and I was t expecting to pay more money for something that wasn't broken. So while it was still worth he said he was going to run to the shop real quick to see if they had a motor this was at about 320. So at 430 I called the office to find out where he was because the job wasn't finished yet. And the lady that answered the phone who seemed more worried about leaving at 500 instead of helping said that the tech said it needed a new motor and wasn't going to be coming back out today. So then I wanted someone else to come out and put the ac back together and she said we might be able to get another tech out but they are all busy so I may not happen today. So then I was able to get ahold of one of the owners thru Facebook messenger and she's didn't really help and said that the job was done and that I refused to pay the invoice which I hadn't even received yet because the tech wasn't done and my ac was still in pieces. And while talking to her guess what the invoice magically got sent to me in a text. And then said that the tech lied and told her the job was completed but that I refused to pay so he paid the 107 dollars himself. If you did a job would you pay someone else's unless you knew you screwed up their stuff more than what the 107 would cost you? And we ended up gettinganother ac tech from a different company to put it back together and said that there was nothing wrong with the motor so this company not only lies but they don't know what they are doing and try and charge more for stuff you don't even need. And my wife went ahead and paid the invoice anyone against my wishes since the job was never completed. So again if you want to be ripped off by all means hire this company that lies has techs that don't know what they are doing and are just overall an unethical family owned business. So can't wait to see what kinda lies they try and say next. And if you don't believe me just read all the other 1 star reviews. And stay far away from these people

• Unprofessional. They started out with equipment that didn’t work, so there was a 3 hr delay. The vents were sealed and when asked if they were going to recaulk, I was told no, they would not. They left a mess on the floor, including rolling the vacuum they used over carpet which was leaking. I wasn’t sure about the dryer vent I payed to have surviced so when I checked it out they dd NOT even reconnect the dryer vent to the wall. Overpriced, underwhelming, and unprofessional…I could have put more pics, but I hope they do the right thing.

• The one ⭐️ reviews they received are likely warranted. This company sent me a bill for services that were NOT authorized. They claimed to have gotten authorization from someone else to complete the recommended services. Upon checking with the other party involved, they confirmed that was a lie. The representative provided me a copy of an acknowledgment of services rendered form, in an attempt to cover up their messy bookkeeping and authorization standards The representative on the phone told me it was likely that the technician forgot to notify me prior to the service, and/or get authorization. If that was her immediate response, I’m sure it’s happened on multiple occasions. For those in the front office that may read my review, please feel free to review/listen to the initial call for continuity purposes. If you’re a potential customer reading this review in an attempt to determine if you should choose another company, please look for someone else. I must admit, they are SWIFT, as the name implies! Despite their quick response time, I will likely take my business elsewhere, for better quality and customer service practices.
