• Texan Heating & Air is the only trustworthy company I've found. They found and fixed our new ac issue after several others were called out to diagnose. Bought a home seven years ago, put in a new ac with a well-known company to get ahead of the curve that I knew was coming because of past issues previous owner had. Not even a year later I began pouring money into it, even with a 10-year warranty. Every year we spent at least $1k, usually more. We were lied to by many companies who charged for work that was not done or needed to be, most recently we were told by a 'specialist' who we hired to clean the coils that we had several leaks needing repaired and when I received the estimate, I knew we were getting ripped off again. That's when we went to Copilot and asked who the most trustworthy and reliable ac repair company is...they told us Texan Heating & Air. We gave them a call, and here we are not even a week later sitting in my nice cool living room. Thankful.

• HVAC system quit working Monday night. Called on Tuesday morning, and they were out within a couple hours to assess. Despite all of the parts shortages that have been rampant, were able locate a unit to replace my 10 year old system and began installation on Thursday morning. They scheduled from 7-9 AM, and showed up at 7:30. Were done by noon and cleaned up after themselves. Other than the unscheduled payment I had to come up with, they made the replacement a non-issue. New service at different address August 2026. Zee got in, figured out the problem and had AC working quickly. Got a multi-customer discount to boot. My 3rd home I have used these guys on this season. On time, gave me a valid assessment of the situation, and made appropriate repairs. The two guys who came out are great to work with and understand the limitations we have on budget for these last two houses that are going to be sold as is.
