  • Sam was very thorough in explaining what was going on with our air conditioning system, took lots of helpful pictures and gave us several options in how to address the short and long term maintenance. Very prompt, professional and courteous. Will definitely call him again!

  • Apparently, their business model is 'pay per drop.' Had an emergency pipe leak fixed for $600—which, as it turns out, buys you 10 minutes, a scrap piece of PEX, and a piece of tape on the wallet. Then, magically, a second leak materialized right on queue for an additional $500. Their "flat fee" pricing is total wizardry: no matter what the job actually is, they somehow find a way to multiply it by two. A one-hour job cost me $1,100. If this weren't an active flood, I would’ve used my normal plumber who charges for actual time and materials. Avoid unless you enjoy throwing money down the drain—literally.

  • Have not seen this company in over a year. Maybe 2. All of a sudden they just decide to charge my credit card. I have told them for the last 2 years to quit calling me. I don't want to use their services as the last time we met they would not call me back to explain the cost they quoted me. I didn't hear from them for MONTHS. Had to call another AC company to help me. Now today I see a charge on my card. Who the hell do you think you are just randomly charging people for services not agreed to? DON"T USE THEM. Ummm just called your number. They told me they would send to accounting to remove. Not sure if I believe you. I canceled this with my credit card company and thanks to you I get a new card with a new number. AND NOT ONE Oh I am so sorry this happened. Update: This has been resolved. I know we all make mistakes and I am finally seeing resolution. Please note: This took me 2 years and posting a bad review for anyone to listen to me but it has been handled and I have been refunded my money. Thank you to Lexi for calling me and working to get my money refunded.

  • I am disappointed that Willard Cooling ignored my messages 3 times. the 1st time, I explained my concern, the second time I did the samething, the third time I just told the lady, that I was not going to repeat the samething again. After a few minutes on hold, I was informed that the young lady in accounting was going to return my call. It never happened. When I got the quote to repair the AC problem, I was informed that if I purchase the Shield membership I would save $200, saving that I didn't see in the invoice. That is the reason why I needed it clarifiation. It looks like the credit was applied to a task that was cancelled.
