First of all, I want to thank Joanna, who returned my call and started my work order. As soon as I explained to her my problem with my A/C unit she knew it had to be scheduled right away. She scheduled me for that morning, my service tech was Justin who arrived on time. He was very professional and friendly and he explained clearly step by step how he was going to resolve the problem that I had with my a/c unit. I’m 80 and widowed, this was the first time for me! Justin thank you so much for making this a/c repair a memorable experience! Thank God, we still have honest businesses out there.

My experience with the cooling company, was extremely professional, they were efficient, from the first out reach to set up the appointment, to providing text updates on when they would be arriving at my house, and the follow up after my services were completed. My technician Edgar, was very nice, friendly.
