I couldn't be happier with Black Mountain Air. I found out my unit was not working with temperatures in the high 90's. Yannick arrived ahead of my scheduled appointment, checked out the situation, including the warranty. Ordered out the new coil before leaving. He along with Robert arrived bright and early at 8 AM. The new coil was installed, gages checked, double checked and I was cooling down by 9:30 AM. Two great professionals, and an assets to Black Mountain. I highly recommend this company.

Very prompt and professional. Been using this company for a few years now and never had a problem. When I call to get a service scheduled they are very polite. Dealing with HVAC issues can be very stressful. However, every interaction with Black Mountain Air was very positive. From the first call for service to subsequent appointments, Jaden was very friendly and made things easy to understand when scheduling. They have a text messaging app that keeps you updated and allows you to communicate. Our service technician, Yannick, was a blessing! He was extremely patient, knowledgeable and efficient. He was very down to earth and personable. He ended up making 3 service calls. The first was to replace a run capacitor. The second was to clear the drainage from the condenser. Unfortunately, it still had an issue. Yannick, on his third visit, came up with this incredible solution which required a lot of creativity and know-how. He was able to re-pipe the drainage in a way that used gravity to naturally exit the system. It was a sight to see. We wholeheartedly recommend Black Mountain Air when you are in need of HVAC or plumbing issues. Their pricing is very reasonable, their service is friendly and most importantly professional. Our whole experience with them created trust, especially with Yannick. Hats off and thank you!

Excellent service. The squirrel cage had become loose and was rattling. The furnace is old and glad that all it took was tightening up a screw. Robert was very nice and answered all my questions. Would definitely recommend your company.

I could not be any more pleased with my purchase of an air-conditioning system from Black Mountain air.. My system went out on a Friday afternoon and the weekend was destined to be over 110° and black Mountain air responded quickly and work with me over the weekend to find just the right model and installed it on Monday. I have tenants Who would have been inconvenienced had the process taken any longer. So my hats off to all the people at Black Mountain air.

I have them come do maintenance twice a year. One for heating, the other for the a/c. Technicians are friendly & professional. Most importantly, the company is honest & up front with their prices. First time customer. Needed to get my capacitors on my AC units tested as they had previously been flagged for replacement. Yannick did a great job, showed up on time, diagnosed the issue quickly and installed 1 replacement capacitor all in the same visit. Would work with them again for future HVAC needs. My favorite part was they didn’t use the visit as an excuse to do a sales pitch for $4k worth of upgrades like some companies in the valley. Keep up the good work guys!
