Our condo building had TES as our mechanical contractor several years ago. We moved on from them. Our strata council's main concerns were: -their quotes for building plumbing work (like installing pump valves, pipe leaks, etc) was sometimes 2x to 3x market rates -on services calls where 1 technician was needed, they would send 2 so double the charge and they would arrive right at the end of the day and then charge us overtime rates Anyways, unless they have cleaned up their act we do not recommend.

I live in a condo and found a water leak in the ceiling. For some reason my landlord used this company, although the company said they are not a water damage restoration company and cannot fix water damage. The worker did not even bring a moisture meter, he just visually looked at the ceiling and said that the ceiling was dried and had no leaks, even though there were water marks and bubbles on the ceiling. I told him that I had measured the ceiling with a moisture meter I had purchased myself and it read a little high, but he didn't care and didn't even bring a dryer. He showed me the pictures he said he had taken in the room upstairs, but could not provide any proof that there was no water leak. He left my unit saying he would return to the upper unit again. I did not know if he was coming back or how long I would have to wait so I called the company and the staff told me not to call them as I did not hire them. They are inappropriate, uncooperative, and their research is not reliable.

Total Energy Systems LTD ,is very reliable Company .They are very fast with replying on my emails ,last minutes appointments. Dispatch is always trying to book us quickly ,for any request ,when we have a pipe leak ,or any other issue ,like with a no heat issue,they would send a technicians the same day ,when they received my request . Recently Strata have them to clean kitchen drain pipes in the individual units ,and common area,we had a daily report of the units status and recommendations about each unit what would need extra cleaning of the kitchen drain pipe. .Very professional and knowledgeable technicians they have ,best service ,reporting when the job is done , advise for the next step of the repair ,and availability . Strata also recommend ,them to individual owners in Alumni Building for plumbing repairs. They definitely deserve the five star,for all service they do.

Live in a condo and service was sent by my strata to investigate a leak from my unit into the unit below mine. Poor communication by plumbers, took 8.5 hours to conclude that it was a leaky shower head and failed silicone seal - both openly visible. When they left they didn't communicate anything to me about the problem (they literately just walked out the door and didn't come back) so wasn't able to use shower/toilet until the final report was sent to me by my strata - extremely inconvenient. Bill was almost $1000 for them to essentially tell me I need to buy a new shower head. I haven't had much experience with plumbers but this didn't feel right. It felt like either drawn out labor costs or just simple lack of experience.

Please never hire this company! Rude & Inexperience plumbers, never fix the leak in my bathtub, and send me an inflated more than 16 hours labour and $430 materials that were never installed invoice for changing bathtub overflow gasket. They damaged my bathtub as well. Stay away, useless scam artists!
