• We recently had an issue with our AC unit, and Ross was dispatched to help us. He was incredibly kind, friendly, and took the time to actually listen to our concerns. While our problem could have easily been dismissed as "just how the system works," Ross went above and beyond. He made calls, sat on the phone with support, and read manuals until he figured out exactly how to stop the fan from running constantly. On top of that, he solved a 3-year-old issue with the airflow to our daughter’s bedroom, which used to be an icebox compared to the rest of the house. (Which we had someone else look at in the winter and the opposite was happening with heat in her room which is dangerous for an young baby) Every other technician in the past dismissed this, but Ross fixed it. We are so grateful for his dedication and highly recommend his work!
