We had a wonderful experience with Ray! He was extremely professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. He helped us service and clean seven gas fireplaces that hadn’t been used in quite some time, and we were very impressed with his attention to detail and the quality of his work. The cleaning was excellent, and the repairs were handled with great care and expertise. We’re extremely happy with the service and will definitely continue using them for our regular fireplace maintenance. If you want service that’s efficient, transparent and on time, total line heating is the best place to get all your HVAC needs. I was dealing with Ray and he ensured that I was aware of the appointment beforehand, he explained the rebate process and the scope of work. There was no hidden fees and no additional cost. I got other quote but there quote stood out more then there competitors. Ray was quick and handled everything perfectly. Ray upgraded my furnace to a dual fuel system. That includes a combination rebatable heat pump installation and high efficiency furnace installation I absolutely love the installation and free wifi thermostat. I would definitely recommend anybody with heating and air conditioning installing or service.

When he demonstrated to me that the best course of action was a replacement of the furnace, he gave me a very fair quote and within 48 hours everything was done. Both he and his crew were polite and professional, and meticulous in cleaning up afterwards. We had Ray come on an emergency call to assess and fix our furnace, and reset and reprogram out thermostat. It was a cold Dec 30 and our furnace had died so our house was freezing, and late at night Ray came to troubleshoot and fix our furnace. And days later he texted and called us to help troubleshoot our heat pump, getting the system set up correctly again.
