Service Technician was very friendly and helpfull. He performed a thorough cleaning, service and system check of my heating system and gave some very helpful tips and advice. Our estimator Stephen, lead installer Matt and his team, customer service rep Rochelle, and mechanic Jun were all friendly, communicative, and professional. I like to be aware of project details and I appreciated that everyone took the time to chat with me and keep me informed through the entire project. Work was done efficiently and cleanly. Stephen also took care of all that was needed for us to receive a provincial rebate through Efficiency Manitoba. Would definitely recommend Tradesman Mechanical for ductless mini-split solutions!

I/we received excellent service from all the people at Tradesman Mechanical Ltd.! Called in A/C trouble in the morning and they sent technician the same afternoon to check things out! We really appreciated the fantastic service from the ladies in the office and technician as well! All this on a Friday of a massive heat wave that lasted three days over a weekend w/o air conditioning working! Electronic control parts had to be ordered. A/C was back up and running on day seven (7). The A/C work was completed at my neighbours’ home (aged lady w/ Dementia). Care workers were also affected by high temperatures. I highly recommend this company for the excellent work done during an extremely busy time for A/C service companies. I’m getting Tradesman Mechanical Ltd. to do some work at my own home next month! Simply said…they’re the BEST at what they do!!

Amazing and quick service from Tradesman Mechanical. We noticed our AC stopped working in the middle of the night. When we called at 7:30, a real person answered. The phone agent was friendly, knowledgable and able to get us booked the same day. Most other companies had 2-3 day wait times for a tech to check the issue, never mind repair. The Tech was able come earlier than expected. He was friendly, knowledgable and fast. He had our AC diagnosed and fixed within 20 minutes. The cost was reasonable. Tradesman mechanical has always been very efficient and knowledgeable when they do our maintenance. I appreciate that they don’t try and sell you something you don’t necessarily need at the time but they do let you know if there are any issues to be concerned about in the future. We schedule them twice a year for our furnace in the fall and A/C in the spring. The communication is great so you’re not waiting around all day. The technician gives you a “heads up” when he’s on his way.
