What a great experience hiring Active Mechanical to install a new water line for my ice maker . Brendan and Lucas arrived and checked out the work to be done . After returning with the supplies and commencing the work , they showed professionalism and knowledge of the job at hand . They were efficient in time usage and tested everything to ensure the job was completed as requested. When they left everything was as clean as when they arrived . I would highly recommend them and will continue use Active in the future .

I reached out to Active Mechanical about an issue with my friend pressure relief valve in her boiler. They took their time with me over the phone, walked me through the process and found me the part after hours! As a contractor in a different industry I know what good customer service is and great business ethics are and they have just that.. if you’re looking for a great mechanical contractor or plumber I’d only recommend this company! On top of that I had to reach out to them the following night after hours again over my friends sanitary line backing up and they had a guy over in less than two hours and back up and draining in no time flat! While quite courteous and the work was definitely acceptable. I had a faucet replaced, a week or so ago a plumber was here and toola picture of the faucet I had. He returned today and installed a very different, very cheap looking faucet. I'm quite disappointed.

Active Mechanical has the best customer service! They were very nice , polite and friendly. Their work is super efficient and they showed respect when they are on site. They helped me replaced the hot water tank and the technician patiently answered any questions and concerns that I had at the time. Honestly, they are the best company and I would highly recommend! Raf and team deserve more than 5 stars for their care and knowledge. We had some sewer/service line issues, and luckily had Active mechanical come out for a second opinion and were able to find an issue on the cities end and not just our own. We had to complete an entire service line repair and were fortunate that the city covered their portion and insurance covered ours. The unfortunate thing was we weren’t able to have them do the work as the city contracted that job out. Hope we can pay it forward to them someday. They can do a lot of other work and are very adaptable to most jobs. They will be on my call list for all things next time.

Thank you so much! Woke up January 31st to a house temperature of 13. Within an hour of contacting the company someone was at our house and diagnosed the situation. With some ingenuity they resolved the problem and in less than 6 hours the house was returning to a comfortable temperature. I would highly recommend this company! Great customer service!

Rafal at Active Mechanical Contracting quickly responded to my request for assistance with a hot water tank replacement. After a short discussion with myself to gather information about the exisiting tank details he was able to send me a quote within a few hours and was then able to send in his crew the following afternoon to do the exchange. The guys on site were efficient with their time and were careful not to damage any walls when taking the old tank out and bringing in and installing the new tank. Very happy with the competitive quote and responsive service we received from Rafal and his crew.

All i can say is 'Amazing" Our pilot light went out and Hydro was going to take 2 weeks to light and the earliest private company was almost a week.
