  • Hired Airwise to do a duct cleaning. They were incredible. Came right on time were kind professional and quick. They explained the entire process and when they left you’d never know they came. Other than the fact the air felt and smelled cleaner. Thank you Airwise for always taking such great care of your customers.

  • Called them in Nov/Dec for a failing well pump for a Geothermal system. Tech came, and cleaned the furnace?, and replaced the pump controller(Thank god I had my own spare), and made multiple support calls before decding my pump was bad. He told me he's get my well specs and get me a quote to replace. I had to hound for 4 months to get that quote(and a huge one at that). All this and a $400 bill to boot. If your guys can't handle wells, just say so instead of leaving people hanging.

  • Over the weekend I have a component fail inside my furnace, Air Wise had some out quickly to determine the issue. The part was a more than a week away and they made sure we could maintain enough heat in our place while waiting for the parts. On top of that they went out of their way to source the part much sooner to get me up and running again. Great experience and highly recommended.

  • We had a heating emergency a few weeks ago when the temperatures dipped down to -20. Our building transformer blew and a power surge damaged our heating unit. Airwise came out right away and diagnosed the problem. The part needed was tricky to get and they worked hard to get the part, so our business was only out of service for a day. Richard their technician, did an excellent job. He even showed up before we opened the next day to replace the part and to make sure the unit was working. We really appreciate the good service they gave us.

  • St Andrew's Arena Hired These guys to put in a heating system after installing new stands. The heating system does not work whatsoever. It only services as a decorative art piece. It's really unfortunate these guys do such terrible work. Blowing cold air around an arena doesn't constitute a heating system. This CC works on volunteers and community fundraising. Shameful. This is the 2nd year with this system up and it is still not functioning.

  • Not satisfied at all, same problem occurs again and again, replaced new part by their tech, but problem occurs again in my Air makeup unit. His tech comes and spend hours in their van and I have been charged for that. Most of the time like this time I have to call for service twice in 5 day for same problem, even though the unit is one and half year old, and installed by this company.

  • We called in the morning about our furnace by the afternoon we had someone out who diagnosed the problem. We were given an estimate and completion date. The parts were in and the furnace repaired before the estimate time. We highly recommend AirWise.

  • Nov 20/22 Furnace went down early this morning. Gave there emergency number a call. We had two technicians call with 20 minutes. We live east of Winnipeg and they came and had us up and going within 2 hours of our call. Darren was the Technician that came he was even on holidays. This Out Standing Service!!!!
