Very professional and courteous (and not AI person) person answering the phone. Was able to schedule for the next morning at our convenience. Judy, our technician was prompt, personable and knowledgeable, and answered our needs. Unfortunately, the cost to repair was more than a new appliance.

Horrible customer service. Had appointment for september 28th 12 to 3. No one called stating they are running late. I called at 3pm to be told we where next. Called at 530 to be told 25 minutes out. Called and cancelled at 637 due to no tech showing up for washer trouble shooting and repair. Felt like i didnt matter as a customer. I will never recommend this company. Horrible communication skills

If I could leave 0 stars. I would. Definitely DO NOT recommend this company. Extremely disappointing experience. This has been an ongoing situation since July, and my repair still has not been completed. Despite multiple calls and emails, I am getting no answers or follow-through. I simply want the refund I am owed and some resolution. I’m still waiting for a call back from Curtis, and Brianna even hung up on me during one of my attempts to get help. At this point, I’m extremely frustrated with the lack of communication and professionalism. I just want my refund and this matter resolved.

Refrigerator repair person came and quickly diagnosed the problem as being the low temperature alarm was going off erroneously. She said that a new board would be a large cost and helped us by just turning off the alarm and stating that it might reset. A couple days later we turned the alarm back on and everything is working fine now. I was taken care of for the trip charge. Thank you.

Leaving 5 stars Justin came to my home to fix my Samsung freezer ice maker had to order the part. The part arrived to my home texted Justin he got back with me and put me on the schedule. He came to install the part and realized it was the wrong part he apologized he confirmed he order the wrong part much appreciated his honesty it was refreshing honesty will get you a lot farther than lies
