The team I had come out was great, and this review should not reflect on them. What it should reflect is that online and over the phone when booking your $49 service it says if the problem can't be fixed you get your money back. But Austin, the manager, over the phone, told me that it's not true, that it's a credit towards your next service. They wanted to charge $1000 for a hydro flush. Unfortunately; that is a big jump for a snake at $49. And while yes that cost goes towards the total, they should be upfront of change their wording. Spending $49 to have nothing fixed and a question mark on what could be wrong (because they won't use the camera unless you buy a bigger service) and not being sure this will even fix the problem is a big cost for a maybe.

They solved my problem, but I thought the prices were higher than they should be, especially when they promote discount pricing online to get new customers. George was friendly and knowledgeable and cleaned up before he left. Everything except the pricing was great. But he recommended other services that I felt were overpriced.

They were professional, knowledgeable, respectful, and took the time to figure out exactly what was going on with my AC system.
