I chose this contractor after receiving a recommendation, so I genuinely expected a smooth and professional experience. First two experiences were good. Unfortunately, my third experience was the complete opposite. • Scheduling: Appointments were missed or rescheduled last minute. • Communication: Responses were slow, unclear, or sometimes nonexistent. • Professionalism: I didn't feel my concerns were taken seriously, even when I documented the issues. I'm sharing this not to be harsh, but to provide a realistic counterpoint to the overwhelmingly positive feedback. My experience was stressful, costly, and disappointing. I hope they improve their processes, but based on what I went through, I cannot recommend them.

I would recommend this company and team at every opportunity! I replaced my heat pump this spring and this company stepped up with the best pricing, fantastic service and excellent follow through. I had gotten bids from other companies for more expensive systems but this team sold me what I needed. Recently, I had a major power outage , And their team showed up within a few hours to make sure my AC , my pets and I were taken care of. Air & Water Mechanical came highly recommended. They do both HVAC and plumbing, and I happened to need both. Brian was great! He was professional, knowledgeable, and took plenty of time to walk me through my HVAC replacement options. They also got written estimates to me quickly. Based on that experience, I had pretty much decided to use them for my new HVAC system. I asked about a plumbing issue, and they said they could take care of that too. I figured if they handled the plumbing well, I’d feel even better about using them for the HVAC installation. Unfortunately, that’s where things fell apart. I contacted them multiple times, but no one ever got back to me. A couple of times I was told by text that they informed the owner and someone would contact me shortly and get me on the schedule. That never happened. I still think they’re probably a very good company. That’s why this was so disappointing. I simply expected better communication and follow-through.

Oscar was knowledgeable, friendly, and had a nice manner. He conducted a routine maintenance on our rooftop AC. We also thought we had a blocked condensate line and he discovered that a connection on the roof had gotten jostled (maybe from monsoon storms?) and securely reconnected it.
