• Scheduled an appointment to have a representative come to home for a new system estimate. NO ONE CAME NOR DID I RECEIVE A CALL. I took off work to be home for the appointment. I called them to find out where was the representative. I was told that I was his next stop but they will call me if he could not make it. They never showed up or called. Reply to Wingate Heating’s posted response: Wingate Heating never returned my calls nor informed me that they were running late. All I got from Wingate Heating was crickets!!!!! Also, I didn’t leave a message saying not to come. That does not make any sense. I’m going to tell you not to come fix my AC during a heatwave? Come on!!!!!!

• Got a new roof last year from them, less than 1.5 years later my home is literally being rained into. My home has so much water damage from the poorly applied flashing. Currently, 1/2 my entire house is being demoed. I wish I had picked a small family business that actually owns up to their mistakes and doesn't ignore me and tell me to essentially suck it up. The amount this company has screwed me over is astronomical. I will never recommend this company and have been spreading the word on how much Wingate ruined my home. This is a mega company that doesn't care about customers, but profit.

• Everything was great with my new Air Conditioning install until it came to the important part (billing). Paid the 50% upfront using my debit card. When the work was completed I was told by the technician he needed a check for the balance which I gladly provided. Next day I see that they hit the debit card for the remaining balance and can't seem to tell me what happened to my substantial check. its 3 days later, no resolution on the whereabouts of my check and no final receipt showing payment in full. Called for verification and to request a receipt (which I should not have to do and was shuffled to their AI Automated Attendant who took a bit of info and promptly hung up). Unacceptable.
