• Absalutely horrific experience! Terrible work. Destroyed my basement My furnace has been ruined. The ac flooded my basement. Destroyed my furnace which then caught fire,Used the wrong drain pipe. Wired the unit across my finished basement. Left a hole from inside of house to outside of house. The coil work onto of furnace is atrocious, tape everywhere, holes i can fit mybhamd into...When called for help the lady was beyond rude and ignorant. I've never dealt with such unprofessional people in my life. Horrific experience, and the lady who took the call was absalutely beyond unprofessional. Shamefull, I would be embarrassed of myself. Have 2 different contractors to fix this who both agree the work is by far the worst they have ever seen in theyre careers..

• I have had the worst experience with this company. Nicole was the person I always spoke with on the phone, and the issue is that she never follows up. The plan was to get an AC unit installed. Since I’m usually out of town, appointments need to be planned because I am usually not home. Things are time sensitive for me and I told her this so When I called for a quote, Nicole said she’d check who was available and call me back that same day to let me know if someone could come out. I didn’t hear back for three days. When she finally called, it was clear she had no notes on our previous conversation and had likely forgotten we’d already spoken. There was a promotion running that I didn’t want to miss, because I wanted to make this work and I had gotten a late reply I ended up arranging for someone to let the technician into my home so the quote could be done while I held my spot before the promotion ended, since I wouldn’t be back in town for another week. I got the quote and explained I am ready to go with one of the AC units on the quote but the only downside is I won’t be back in town for another week. She just ignored me, no response back... When I finally called once I was back in town, she still had no notes on my account and seemed scattered brain. I wanted to know if it was still active and how it worked because I was getting a different answer from Home Depot. She told me, “I can’t give you an answer today, but I’ll call you back in a couple of days with an update.” I told her please give me a call back 2-3 days from now because I will be gone again in two weeks so I needed to know what I was going to do before I leave the town again. One day goes by and nothing, three days goes by and still nothing…it’s been TWO WEEKS! and she still hasn’t called me back, or sent me an email or even text. I was actually excited to get this going but I’m extremely disappointed with the level of service throughout this entire process. It’s left a genuinely bad impression. Honestly if I could give lower than 1 star I would.
