  • I absolutely was impressed with 5 Star Services. From the first call to set up an appointment estimate, to scheduling, (Fast) and the thorough respect of my home in coming to replace my HVAC unit. Bush's crew handled a very difficult removal and install up in my attic carrying very old, heavy equipment down and replaced with new heavy medal pieces taken apart and put together via a ladder. Not one scratch on my walls leading downstairs or through my front door. Outside, the main air unit was brought into to replace and install by a huge crane truck to take away and install the new. Which was a bigger unit then the original that was sputtering over the last year. 4+hours later, they left me with a quiet new HVAC system that no longer shook the walls and make a lot of noise outside. Bush, owner/manager came by to do a final inspection and made sure there weren't any issues. So very happy I was able to meet him in person and let him know his crew are very dedicated, careful, professional and remind me of my crew that I had with my previous business for 4 decades. Great employees! Great owner! Highly, highly recommend Bush and his team to get HVAC work done. Thank you!

  • I discovered a water leak in front of my home. 5 Star Home Services Inc, came out and fixed the leak. Argo, who repaired the Leak did a super job. I would recommend 5Star for their excellent service.

  • ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I highly recommend 5 Star Home Services, especially if you have a main water line leak. I filed a claim through American Water Resources for a leak on my main water line, and they sent out Art from 5 Star Home Services. Art came out, did a visual inspection, and then used a thermal camera to pinpoint the location of the leak. Within about 30 minutes, he had found exactly where the problem was and showed me the location. He then dug down approximately 4 feet, located the damaged pipe, and replaced about 6 feet of the damaged section. The entire job was completed in about 3 hours from start to finish. What impressed me most was that I had another plumbing company come out beforehand. They couldn’t pinpoint the leak and quoted me approximately $6,500 to replace the entire main line, including the regulator and everything else. Art was able to locate the actual leak quickly and repair only the damaged section rather than recommending a complete line replacement. Art was professional, knowledgeable, efficient, and got straight to work once he found the problem. He also showed me exactly what was damaged and what he was repairing. I couldn’t be happier with the service. If you have an underground main line leak, I highly recommend 5 Star Home Services and Art. Excellent work from start to finish!

  • If your warranty company assigns them to you, REQUEST A NEW VENDOR IMMEDIATELY. They will tell you one thing onsite, tell your warranty company something else (that you purposely damaged your hvac unit and deny your claim). They also took a full week to provide backup to the warranty company, all while we had no AC for two weeks. Awful company and will never recommend.

  • Disclaimer: this was written in frustration. I will try to be fair. Ultimately, I called and was offered an appointment 2 days later for what was an active leak. I explained that would not work and they decided to come out same day. They assessed it would take 2 days to get approved through my home warranty, purchase the part, and complete the repair. 2 days later I called and was told to expect 2 more days because the report from the home visit was never filed. After I "expressed my dissatisfaction," they did come out that day and handled it as they promised 2 days prior. The story: The technician arrived to my house to diagnose issue at 2:51 Saturday. I texted the rundown to my wife after he left and the text was timestamped 3:05...so the tech was at my home <15 minutes. He said he needed to submit a report to my home warranty and it will be replaced within 48 hours. I confirmed multiple times it would be replaced Monday. On Monday I called my home warranty and they informed me that they never received the report. 5 Star told me my home warranty claim department closed Saturday at 5:00 and were closed Sunday, so it was out of their control (despite having 2 hours to submit it after leaving my home, as the tech left my home just after 3:00). Then the guy on the phone (at 5 Star) told me I don't understand what 48 hours means because the claims department was closed Sunday (I guess I don't know how time elapses). Never mind the fact that the report still had not been sent by the time I called Monday. Never mind that they told me Monday it would be fixed. Math aside...even if 48 hours does not mean 48 hours, Monday does, in fact, mean Monday. This is all with an active leak that I have to manage. I guess 48 "5 Star Home Services" hours means 96 hours to anyone else who has ever used a clock before. If you tell me 48 hours, I expect 48 hours. If you say Monday, I expect Monday. If you leave my home with approximately 2 hours to submit a report before a claims department closes for >24 hours, I expect you to file the report within 2 hours. If you blame the home warranty company for being closed, I expect the report has already been filed and it's waiting on their end (or gets filed without my call 48 hours later prompting you). And if you f### up I expect you to take an ounce of responsibility instead of gas lighting me and telling me I don't know how time works. If they had said "hey, Saturday our technician was really busy on multiple calls and he was out until 6pm, that's why we were unable to submit the report before the claim department closed" I would have understood -- after all, I weaseled my way into a same day visit anyway. But "nah, buddy...you don't understand what 48 hours means" (48 hours later) was the wrong approach. They also could have called me on Saturday and said "hey, we were unable to file with your home warranty today, they're closed tomorrow, but we'll get it squared away first thing Monday morning" and all this would have been avoided. The absolute minimum communication would have avoided the frustrating event. I think 3 stars is generous because, though I received the service I was promised on the timeline it was promised, it wasn't until after multiple calls pleading for the service I was promised. If I had left it to 5 Star to do their thing on their timeline it would have taken twice as long as they promised.

  • I had a water leak coming from the attic. I called my home warranty, and they connected me with 5 Star Home Services. While waiting, I checked the company’s Google reviews, and I felt at ease knowing I would be in good hands. Art came, and I already recognize his name, as he has a lot of good reviews for fixing water leaks at home. Art went into the attic and knew what to do right away. He showed us the leak and how he would fix it. After less than 2hrs, he was able to remove old valve, install new one and modify the pipe so it will be easier to see if plumber come and check in the future. Art did an amazing job! I had to check theres any leak visible on the same area where we saw the leak yesterday, and of course, its all gone and fixed. Art is really nice and will for sure use his company again if i need a plumber in the future! Highly recommended!

  • It is the worst company ever. If you have home warranty, don't get close to this company. They came three weeks ago and replaced capacitor. After three weeks, the capacitor failed, and the other AC wasn't blowing air the technician his name Robert wrote a report about the AC is not cooling off and not blowing air. But when I asked for the report, they changed everything. wrote It needs to flush refrigerant. I brought second company and they fixed it for cheap. Stay away from this company. They are scammers.

  • Five stars all around! From the moment I called, the process was seamless. They got a technician out to me the very next day, which I really appreciated. The technician showed up right on time — no waiting around — and got straight to work. He replaced the fan motor and had everything up and running in no time. I couldn't be happier with the result. If you're looking for reliable, prompt, and professional service, look no further!

  • On Saturday I called 5 Star Home Services Inc for a repair to my A/C system. I was expecting a delay of several days because this was a weekend call. Not the case. Robert was at my door in less than 30 minutes. I have used 5 Star Home Services Inc before and all of their service reps are professional. My system was inoperable. I could have easily been charged for a new compressor or a new system altogether. Not the case. Robert quickly fixed the system and the charge was minimal. With all of the AI and Social Media Ads for air conditioning companies selling new systems please be careful in your selection. Know your company and have that degree of trust the company is looking out for you. This is why I use 5 Star Home Services Inc.

  • I strongly advise against using this company, especially if you are dealing with a home warranty claim. My experience with them involved highly deceptive reporting practices. I had one of their plumbers come out to inspect my water softener, which had been functioning perfectly for the two months since I took possession of the home. After the inspection, the technician spoke to me directly and stated clearly that the unit was not working properly due to a mechanical failure and needed to be replaced. However, when the plumber filed the official report with my home warranty company, they changed their story completely and claimed the issue was due to a "lack of maintenance." Because of this bait-and-switch in their reporting, my warranty claim was denied. It is incredibly unethical to tell a homeowner one thing to their face, and then submit contradictory documentation to a third-party payer behind their back to invalidate a claim. If you want a plumbing company that operates with integrity, transparency, and honest documentation, look elsewhere.

  • Kind of a weird layout, staff is cool, actually staff was really professional and friendly. Building could use more of an address on it, well, in a more visible location, it’s like the color of the building, blends in.
