  • I am still under the one year warranty. Had a problem on a Thursday night. Left a message on the service number. Was called back in a hour. The unit had an alarm sounding so I was worried there was a safety issues as well as the unit not working. I got all my questions answered and felt very reassured. They came out the next day and got it all fixed, no charge. Very happy with the overall experience, I am not sure how it could have been better frankly. A&M did the original work at a great price, so I had a fear that maybe they would come short on the service end. They did not, they did great. YMMV
