I met Jose R and he was very helpful. He explained the details of his visit and immediately went to the task at hand. During that time as I had questions, he was able to answer them. My Nest thermostat ceased to connect to WIFI and was still under warranty and so they sent out a repairman to replace it. Bowman responded quickly; I reported it after 5 on a Friday, and the repair person was here today (Tuesday) . The repair person was polite, thorough and wore a mask! He checked to make sure it was working well. Everything about the whole process was very professional.
