• When we needed a repair on our HVAC, we looked online and found good reviews on Any Day, so we called them and got an appointment the next day. The first guy came out and he was very kind. He said that we would need to talk to the project manager. So the next morning, the project manager came to the house and gave us 3 different options. We chose one because our electric bill was absurdly high and the system was old. What we didn't realize at the time, was Any Day upcharged like crazy! By about $6k... They call it a "guarantee" but according to the project manager they put a face value of $3 to $5k on on that guarantee. So when we tried to take the warranty off to see if it would lower the price.. it didn't. This company price gorges their clients. After the new system was installed the City had to come out and do an inspection. The inspection didn't go well, because the city found a couple issues with the install. So Any Day got a report telling them they needed to fix it. The city told us that Any Day would call us. We waited almost a full week before calling them to make the appointment. Now the city has to come back out again to re-inspect the installation. So all in all, dealing with this company, we have had to wait on them for 7 different days over 3 weeks. 5 of those days were Any Day. 3 of those times were fixing something wrong with the brand new system. Each time Any Day was late. After the new system was installed with a UV air cleaner, we were taking some things upstairs and noticed that the function light (supposed to be blue), was red. We called Any Day and had yet another technician come out for the repair. After the repair was done it was explained to us that with a UV light install a separate transformer is supposed to be installed to properly support the extra power draw. The transformer was not installed and too much power was put on the light base and blew the base for the bulb. The technician also told us that he has had to come out on multiple occasions after initial installs to fix these types of mistakes. The last time they were here, we had an appointment for 9:30am, they didn't show up. They didn't call... until 2:30pm asking if it was okay to come now. That I found weird, because in their "guarantee" we have priority over other clients. I have had to take multiple days off work now because I am forced to wait on them all day. 7 days is a lot of work to miss in 3 weeks. So while the employees seem to be kind and professional, which is greatly appreciated, the company itself does not honor some aspects of their "guarantee" and sure as heck only care about making the most money possible.

• Need to unfortunately update my rating. The warranty they offer does not cover condenser cleaning and the price they quoted me was outrageous and easily double what a quick online search told me it should be. Their techs remain solid with the service they provide but I can no longer recommend anyone go with their services after the absolute gouging they attempted. Neil was great, didn't sugarcoat things and gave me all the options up front with numbers. Arrived about 1 hour after my initial call so very timely response as well Editing to add that with my system being so old, I am going with AnyDay for a system replacement. Jacob T the project manager was very prompt and explained all of his work and gave me a number of different options to choose from. We worked to find what was within my budget and he never tried to upsell me on unnecessary items. The process was painless and they were able to give me an install date within 3 days of the project assessment. In my head I was convinced I would be waiting at least a week just to get documentation taken care of, so I am beyond blown away. Excellent service, highly recommend.
