Had a unit installed in April. The unit came with a labor warranty. Today when I discovered a problem with the unit and tried to get the company out to look at it I found out that they are no longer in business and have sold their company to an enviro air. That company will not fix the issue or even come out to look at it. I will have to contact a lawyer to find out if this company bought eco green and there for is responsible for the contract I signed that includes the warranty. Should that be the case I will be solving this issue with the court system. I made sure to record my phone calls with this “enviro air” company.

I feel like I got scammed! Made a down payment of 50% of the total cost for two new Goodman HVAC systems to be installed at my home on 5/16/26 and set an appointment to begin installation on 6/8/26. When the technicians did not arrive on 6/8 as expected, I messaged the business only to find out they had shut their doors! Now I have to go through a lengthy process with my bank to attempt to get my money back, meanwhile, the temperature upstairs - where my family's bedrooms are - continue to climb to dangerous levels on a daily basis.

Paid for service agreement on May 13th and they have shut their doors as of May 26th. They should refund my money as the company that took over has failed to reiurn any of my calls and does not offer emergency service. What kind of HVAC business does not have emergency service??? I would give 0 stars if I could.

So far I had two guys come over and they were there for maintenance, but I thought they were going to inspect my AC and give me a price to fix the problems. So I really can say much at this time.

Chris, Cesar and Henry did a great job. They showed up during the designated time frame and finished before I was done with work. Two month update: system is working better than expected. We are really happy with this major investment in the HVAC system.

ECO-Green gave me a good price on a very good AC and heating system. Their assessment of my needs was accurate and the terms of the proposal were very fair. The installation team was extremely diligent and responsive to all my requests. When I had problems with their reinstallation of my legacy humidifier, they promptly scheduled a service call and got the system up and running again. I would recommend ECO-Green for HVAC installations and services.

I called Eco-Green Friday morning asking them if they can come and check my thermostat b/c I thought that was the reason we had suddenly lost heating. They were here early afternoon and fixed the system in a moment. It was not the thermostat but a simple breaker, anyway without their timely visit we would have been without heating for the whole weekend. Thanks

Eco Green is excellent in response time with communication (kudos to Cindy) and visits. The estimates included several options clearly written. Rick Butler, who presented the estimates, appears to have a deep knowledge of the mechanics of heating and cooling. After installation I had some problems with the new unit and thermostat set up -- Eco Green was prompt in sending technicians (Bro, Cesar and Christopher) to take care of it. They are very professional and hard working.
