I have always had a great experience with AAction and have recommended them to friends and family. My AC went out on a 91 degree day - and they were able to work me in on the same day on a Friday late afternoon. Otherwise I would have had to go through a very hot GA weekend ! My technician on this visit Jerrod was fantastic. He was kind, very personable and most importantly, he was trustworthy. I felt like I was in good hands, and he went above and beyond to make the repairs could be completed that day and did so with a great attitude the whole way through. The price was also reasonable. My AC and smart thermostats were malfunctioning today, and they were able to make it to my house within just 3 hours of me scheduling the appointment. AACT!ON AIR, you may want to have a conversation with your drivers about basic traffic laws. Your driver, Jarred, pulled directly into a clearly marked DO NOT BLOCK zone and sat there blocking it. Apparently the giant yellow road markings weren’t clear enough. The best part? After he saw me taking photos, he stopped at the next light and handed me his business card. So yes, Jarred was very much aware that I had photographed what he was doing. Thanks for the card, Jarred. It made identifying who was driving the company vehicle considerably easier. Maybe next time, instead of handing out business cards after ignoring traffic markings, just obey them. AACT!ON AIR: your vehicles are rolling advertisements for your company. Your employees’ behavior behind the wheel is part of that advertisement. This wasn’t a particularly good one.

Another company tried to sell me an entirely new system for $20,000+ instead of repairing the one that I already have. They never even gave an option to repair the existing system. They didn’t even test. Two different people from the same company came out a day apart, looked at the unit outside and said the compressor is bad and the solution is a new system that I can finance. Roderick from AAction did all the testing on the parts and thoroughly explained each test result. When I told him that I didn’t understand, but that it was OK if I didn’t understand the details, he gave me explanation in a different way and told me that he wanted me to understand. He did the work while he was here and I’m happy. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend!
