• Absolute Air was sent out to do a tuneup on two ACs by Home Elevate Warranty.The tech, Jimmy, didn’t get his gauges out, didn’t open up the units he claimed these were top-of-the-line ACs and he didn’t have to do anything, he could tell just by looking at the outside that they were fine. He also didn’t want to look at the air handlers until I pointed out I had one air handler replaced just a few weeks previously. I asked him about the remote sensors, I have three of them in the house. At first, he said he didn’t know anything about them and then claimed we had to move the main thermostat for the unit that wasn’t even authorized to be looked at. We have three ACs. That thermostat has been in that particular area since the house was built in 2009, they are smart thermostats. After debating the issue with Home Elevate they said they would send someone else out from absolute air to reinspect the two units in question. I am not comfortable with this because the owner, Mike, had reviewed the pictures and said the tuneups were done. I asked to see a copy of the pictures and now suddenly there are no pictures. Home Elevate said all they could do was possibly have a different rep come from absolute air. If they sent out a different company I would be charged twice. They have no proof the tuneups were done. A supervisor from Home Elevate Warranty, Blake, called and said basically the same resolution which is not acceptable to me. My recommendation is do not use Absolute Air even for a simple tuneup.

• I give a five star to Cody the installer. He was great. He came On time took out my old AC put the new one in and the upgrades all within four hours. Stephanie was great about trying to get my AC fixed on a Sunday for me. I was super happy.. The four comes with trying to get reports to my Home #Warranty getting the runaround for more than almost a month literally having a breakdown with life due to the fact, there was no cool air in my house. It was marked as urgency, but I didn’t see the urgency on my home warranty side, or whoever wrote the report for absolute airing

• Absolute Air provided us with the best air conditioning experience in the 15 years we've lived in the valley. The young lady in the office was so wonderful. The phone was picked up right away. She was so pleasant and knowledgeable. She really cared about out air being out on one of the hottest days of the year and was able to squeeze us in first thing the next morning. The gentleman arrived right on time the next day. He also was pleasant and went right to work. It was obvious he knew what he was doing. He explained exactly why it was not working and showed me the defective part he had replaced. Very reasonable price. I will never use anyone else for my air tune ups, repairs or purchase. • If I could give this company zero stars I would. They were sent by my home warranty company because my AC went out when it was 90+ degrees out. The guy came and said my control board was completely fried. I then called to get an estimate on price and timeline, they said they weren't allowed to provide price. My home warranty then declined the claim so I called Absolute Air back to just go directly through them for the repair. They kept giving me the run around saying they were waiting for the parts warehouse to get back to them so I could know the price and timeline to get the repair as I was desperate to get some relief. Each time I called the gal, Stephanie, seemed annoyed I was checking in and said she couldn't provide a price for the part of timeline. I never ended up hearing back. Ended up going through Semper Fi who sent someone out same day and they figured out nothing was wrong with my AC, my thermostat went bad and they replaced same day and got it back up and running. The repair guy from Absolute Air completely re-wired my control board back together wrong and left it open on the roof so if it had rained, it could've fried the entire thing. Will never be using this company again. Terrible all around.

• My air conditioning needed repair on a Thursday when it was well over 100° in Phoenix and my warranty company selected Absolute Air. Turns out all I needed was an easy to get Compressor but it took them one week so we had to live elsewhere for a week. When I called to check on the status, I was put on hold multiple times, disconnected, etc. Stephanie was less than pleasant. They typically answer the phone. Can you hold. And then put you on hold for four or five minutes. eight days after they completed the first repair of the air conditioning went out again, however, they're closed on weekends. They called me back at 10:45 Monday morning to try to schedule for the following Friday, after we just had two days at 116° in a row. During that week while we were waiting for the initial repair, we had plants die and a number of things damaged in the house due to the heat because the house got to be 101° inside. Absolute Air could care less. Ended up hiring Parker And Sons who came out the day and fixed it quickly and affordably, and I don't care if the warranty company reimburses me or not.

• "Absolute" ly horrible. My home warranty company had reached out to them to come out and look at my AC. The guy noticed a piece not attached to the AC and i told him i have a cleaning service that comes out every 3-4 months to clean the Ac's. He immediately said my home warranty company wouldn't cover it because the company isn't covered by AHS.....i didn't even tell him the company name but he assumed. He didn't even open the AC up. Just called his office and ended up leaving. I wouldn't use them or recommend them to my worst enemy.

• It’s like pulling teeth to get someone out for your AC. Worked with them through our Home Warranty, the first time the AC went out a guy came and “fixed it”. It went out 2 days later. He came back and said something else was the issue that he saw last time, if he saw it last time, why didnt he fix it the last time? Took 10 days and two more home visits to get them to replace the AC which they did. Spent $900 for a new unit for it to be leaking inside the house two weeks later. Now, with a constant trickle of water from the ceiling and currently on our second appointment since the leak, they continue to make excuses and try to give us appointments days out. Fix the problem the first time you come. They want to quote us to repair the leak, when in reality, a two week old unit should NOT be constantly leaking inside the home. Do not use this company unless you want to take multiple days off work for multiple appointments, over a span of two months. Will be reporting them and filing a claim against their contractor license.

He was able to get our system up and running again. He told us when he left that their company would scheduled a follow up the following week.
