In 1995, A/C Solutions, Inc. was founded by David and Kassie Estrada. These two high school sweethearts found it enjoyable to work together on a daily basis. As David ran the service calls, Kassie was hard at work taking care of the office and raising the children. The very first service calls were ran out of the family mini-van with a ladder strapped to the roof and car seats in the back. With long hours, hard work and a lot of dedication, A/C Solutions has become a leader in the air conditioning and heating industry in the Phoenix, Arizona area. Over THIRTY years later, David, Kassie, their children and trusted employees continue to stay true to the "family" values that A/C Solutions was built on.

• I cannot say enough good things about this company! From the owner to the technician, literally everyone we interacted with was amazing. Their communication and customer service were exceptional from start to finish. They provided a detailed, itemized quote so I knew exactly what I was being charged for, and there were no surprises. They also went above and beyond to help us determine that we still had some warranty coverage on parts, which was incredibly helpful and appreciated. • I truly can’t say enough good things about David! My mother-in-law referred me to him, and I was so impressed from the very beginning. I emailed to reach out, and they called me back the same day to schedule a time for him to come out. David was incredibly personable, knowledgeable, and professional. • Absolutely amazing! Our condenser lines plugged up Causing damage to our ceiling and walls.called them up and told them the situation.they had someone out within 2 hours and sure enough the condenser lines were clogged. They did what needed to be done and fixed the problem everything is drying out and now I can get the other repairs done. I honestly thought I would have to wait at least a couple of days. • We've used AC Solutions Inc. for a few years now, starting with a routine AC tune-up where David was incredibly thorough and walked us through everything. So when our air conditioner broke down on one of the hottest days of the year, 117 degrees, we knew exactly who to call. Cassandra was fantastic on the phone, calmly walking me through what we were experiencing and helping figure out the problem before a technician even arrived. She initially quoted a few hours for a tech to arrive, but called back shortly after to say David could be there in 30-45 minutes. By the time he arrived, the indoor temperature had climbed to about 89 degrees. David got to work immediately, diagnosed the issue, and had the faulty part replaced and our AC back up and running in about 20 minutes flat. He clearly explained what caused the problem and what to expect over the next few hours as the house cooled back down. Cassandra and David are both incredibly knowledgeable, professional, and just genuinely good people. • I called A/C Solutions, Inc for a second opinion on my A/C yearly tune-up. I had a well known large company perform the tune-up but they wanted to up charge me for additional supposedly badly needed maintenance work. I was hesitant since my A/C unit is only 8 years old. From the moment I called and spoke with David's wife(co-owner & receptionist) I felt at ease. She explained the company's commitment to its customers. David than picked up the phone and again thoroughly explained how he could help me out at a fair price. David came over and checked my A/C unit did a few minor adjustments and looked over the entire system. To my surprise I didn't need all the extra work that the other(larger company) wanted to Up-sell me. • RIDICULOUS PRICING. What I experienced is borderline thievery. They came out prompt but wanted $500 to replace a simple capacitor. This is predatory pricing. The only nice thing I have to say is that he agreed to part ways without charging me since I was so dissatisfied with price. I immediately called around and had Hilco AC come out and do the same service for HALF the price. $250 instead of $500. The owner was was at my house for your company admitted the part had a 300% price markup on top of your labor fees. This is absolutely terrible business. Stop taking advantage of people for the most simple AC repair that exists. Takes a few minutes to swap a capacitor.

• Mr. Estrada came to do a routine service to my A/C. He was friendly, polite and answered all my questions. When he was ready to leave, I expected to make an appointment for the winter, which is what I have been doing with the previous company, Bell A/C. Apparently, because of the mild winters we have, there is no need to service the unit twice a year. I find it refreshing, that he did not take the advantage of me, by making an appointment that apparently is not necessary.

• When I called the company and paid for the tune-up I mentioned about noice in the ac blower. The technician did not check properly and instead mentioned there is nothing he could do at that point. Then within 2 weeks the ac stopped working. When I again called him to check he was on time however was charging more for the job and when I asked for discount he turned back saying he got bigger project. Then I had to call other provider and got the job done for 30% less price. Dont trust this company pricing and they are not being professional. If you challenge their pricing then they will not provide service and you will loose couple of days to conatct other companies. So better dont call them in first place for any ac service unless you can wait for longer time and pay higher price.

• Another update: In October, we had A/C Solutions install a complete new system, which was nearing the end of its life. The install included the heat pump/condenser as well as the air handler. We continue to be extremely satisfied with the service he provides. We are grateful for his knowledge, expertise, and professionalism. The communication provided is second to none. We compared his estimate to his competitors, and found his to be very competitive. We would highly recommend his services! Update: We called David again several years later and had great communication and service again. So glad we found him. Would highly recommend him! We called AC Solutions on a weekend evening. • We had a situation where one of our refrigerant line sprang a leak and caused the outside unit to stop. Due to the heat, we needed immediate help. I called and spoke to Cassandra and she had David at our home in about 30 minutes after he finished another job. Within a couple of hours he had the leak fixed and it was cool in our home. The cost of the refrigerant has gone up drastically over the years and this caused the bill to be higher than we expected, but that's not something they can control. We appreciated they were able to get to us so quick as we probably would have had to get a hotel room, so we saved that expense.
