  • We are very loyal to Bell Air conditioning. However Robert Pedroza is not a technician I would ask for again. he seems very competent but his bed side manner is not good. More than once he "blamed" me for the need to clean our air conditioner becau se we did not regularly change our filter. His tact was non existent. I am not a 10 year old needing admonition for not doing something. If we do choose to do the further maintence I would request a different technician. One who know how to impart needed information without blaming the owners.

We had a leak in our air conditioning condensation pipes..They came out right away fixed and replaced the pvc pipes throuout.plus gave us a service membership...Everett was first on the scene verified our problem rechecked the water damage....He and his team were knowledgeable personable and did a fabulous job.
