Family, local owned company, the crew and employees were awesome, truly cared about our pets' and human safety, home conditions and got the job done. I've used Clark Heating and Cooling for years when the AC unit would go out and a technician would come replace a flex-capcitor or something, but this go around was different.... we needed a whole new unit AND all new duct work. Big job, expensive, but you get what you pay for and it's an investment for your home and family. Starting from Michelle who called to schedule appointments and check-ins, she worked beyond office hours following up always kind, understanding and patient. The communication was excellent. Text messages with timelines, updates, notifications, calls from the AC Experts, the Duct Expert, the Owner,.... of course this happened during the hottest part of summer on Friday through the weekend and to get everything all sorted the timing was fair to really good in getting all the equipment ordered, crew scheduled, etc. Meanwhile, they'll provide you with portable units and make sure all is a go. Then came the work, 6am on time both days, respectful of the property, friendly, 3-4 hard working guys who got it done! New AC unit craned up onto the roof, (they coordinate all that), cleaned up afterwards and demo'd how to use the new thermostat + app. Not a fun way to spend a hot 2 weekends or your money, but worth the investment going to a team you trust, and I can rely on for decades to come. A quick following compliment for Dave Clark and our bi-annual service as we enter October. Eric was here and extremely thorough. Not used to that from past. Much appreciated! And the annual service fee is $50 less than others. Home projects can be challenging and costly. We found David Clark AC via referral. We were helped to understand air flow by Mr. Clark and decided to get it done right. The project cost, team members and Mr. Clark were a prize find. My wife and I are ecstatic with better air flow a better functioning system and cooler efficient AC. Thank you!

Great company. Guys are friendly and knowledgeable and their quotes were beyond reasonable. Couldn't ask for more. I went into this process ready to rip the heads off anyone that came out because I was so angry about having to do this job (full system replacement on recently purchased condo) but the guys (Evan and Sean) made the process easy and were super friendly and explained everything in great detail. I recently moved from out of state and they even agreed to speak with my HVAC contractor back home to tell him what was happening so I was more comfortable with what they told me.
