⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ REDDI Services — Absolutely Incredible Service! After the huge storms we’ve had in Phoenix the past couple of nights, our air conditioning suddenly stopped working. The Nest was throwing a code, and even though fall weather is right around the corner, anyone who lives in Arizona knows — it’s still hot and humid, and you still NEED your AC! I immediately called REDDI Services, and once again, they were absolutely incredible. They gave me a service window and showed up as promised. Our technician, Olin, was amazing — incredibly courteous, professional, clean, and respectful of our home. He came in, climbed up into the attic space, diagnosed the problem, got everything taken care of, and was in and out. No drama, no mess, just outstanding professional service. I truly don’t think the professionalism could have been any better. As part of The Grandon Group, Arizona’s #1 Brother & Sister Real Estate Team, we work with homeowners every single day, and we are constantly asked who we recommend for home services. When it comes to air conditioning and plumbing, REDDI Services is the company we trust and recommend. And this isn’t our first experience with them. Technician Marco Prieto from Reddi Services did an outstanding job with installation of a new hot water tank. Everytime we needed plumbing work, I have asked for Marco because he is very thorough and knowledgeable but his work. He teaches me something every time he does service work for us. Our sewer line backed up again on Sunday night. We got an appointment scheduled within 12 hrs of calling. Their dispatch answered right away, got me scheduled and followed up when the plumber was on his way. They came out and fixed the issue and was extremely informative and professional, straightforward and honest and gave us tips to help avoid the issue in the future. The whole experience was flawless on their end. Reddi Services will be our plumber moving forward. We had Chris out again to review an issue with our hot water heater and he fixed quickly and explained our options going forward with a very honest detailed presentation.
