• This is the second time we've used them. I called on Friday afternoon and technician would come out the the afternoon. When they did not show up, I texted them late in the day asking what happened. Drew called and apologized, he mistakenly canceled our appt. He was here in about 30 minutes. Even in this awful heat (the unit is in the attic) he was so nice and explained what was going on with the drainlines, made suggestions and fixed the problem. Highly recommend them!

• I cannot say enough good things. One of my two AC units quit late on a Saturday night and I had a flight out of town early Monday morning. I reached out to several companies, including the company I have a maintenance plan with. AC Today was the company that could come the fastest (early Sunday morning). The technician was able to help me get the unit running again over the phone at no charge. But I had the technician come out anyway to inspect the systems. The technician explained much to me and showed me the diagnostic results that were causing the unit to underperform and made the repairs. As far as I’m concerned, I won’t have anyone else service my HVAC systems.
