• I have a hydronic split system, normal AC and hot water heat. Air Quality came out the next day to inspect it. He check for some basic things but they don't service these type of systems. So he let me know but also said he wasn't going to charge me for the visit since there was nothing that he could fix, which was very much appreciated.

• Professional, punctual and fair. Since finding this company I have not had to look anywhere else for all of our hvac needs. This team has put in an entire new system for us, multiple tune ups, diagnosing thermostat issues, duct cleaning, etc etc etc. We recently had an issue with our unit late in the evening this past holiday weekend and they made it out to make sure we were comfortable throughout the evening. • My wife and I recently returned from a 4 day trip. When we arrived on JULY 4, 2026 the air temperature in our house was 96 degrees. The outside temperature was almost 100 degrees. My regular repairman recently passed and I went on line and found Air Quality Air Conditioning. I called and spoke to the owner, Ed, about 5:30 p.m. This was on a holiday and a Saturday evening. He dispatched one of his technicians who arrived at my home within 45 minutes. The repairman, Gabriel, was incredible and repaired and serviced my unit in about an hour. Not only was the work incredible but to get a company to respond on a Saturday evening and on a holiday is unheard of. In addition, the rates were unbelievable. • Air Quality Air CHR is a company I would recommend for any HVAC needs you might have. Here's why: Price: for many, price is the be all and end all to a decision. There is no realistic way to compare shop because you must have all things exactly the same for that comparison. But what you can do is compare across several quotes and against reasonable averages. Air Quality was right there. Price was not an element anymore. Equipment: I'm not in the HVAC business and this was my first time to ever replace an entire system; so, where do I start? They quoted a Trane system to me and I questioned them as to why Trane and why this specific system. They told me everything I wanted to know. It was matter of fact and not hard sell. Installation: I always worry that tradesmen will damage something or make a mess of my carpet or other things while they work. The AQ guys were very professional, polite, knowledgeable and did a great job installing and keeping everything clean and protected. Service: I had a question about a feature. Someone came out to check it out and then followed up with a call to explain that feature and help me better understand what I needed to know. • Very professional. Had the issue with old AC and asked the AIR QUALITY team to come and inspect not just that ac but furnace and other units. They were very host in their recommendation and only suggested what was needed. Installed the new ac unit and provided the timely quote as well as able to install the system in a week.
