Rather than push for us to replace it, he serviced it and walked me through items to keep an eye on due to its age. Obviously, it’s on its last leg but to have a tech truly service an older unit with care as opposed to tell you how bad it is was refreshing. I’d highly recommend asking for Travis if you have a say so as to who services your HVAC unit(s).
