• Nah...no way a perfect rating. This company installed the original systems in our new home 3 years ago. Had them out a few months after moving in because air flow didn't seem right, and rooms on one side weren't as cold as others. Long story short they said nothing they could do, and of course it's never gotten better. Had a leaking coil replaced on the upstairs unit they installed - and still a 15 degree difference in temp at the vents from one branch to the other. Finally cut the ducts open, and there are NO dampers in the system meaning the system and airflow was never, and can't be balanced to mix the air so I don't have one side of my floor blowing 50 degrees, while the other side is blowing 65+. A problem that now costs me upwards of 2k if I want fixed, when it could have been done correctly to begin with.

• They just came to replace a gas valve in our attic furnace. Ian was in and out in 45 minutes. We have used this company for about 15 years. They have done major and minor work. We don’t do this for most companies but we signed up for twice yearly checkups every six months. Usually to check the system before using AC or heat. It’s turned out to be a good idea. They caught a small gas leak last time, turned off the gas line, ordered the part they needed and scheduled service. It was about two weeks to get the part. Once received they scheduled repair in a few days. A+++

• Absolutely a great company! Our HVAC units were originally installed by Custom Air when the house was built in 2008 and we have continued to use them to maintain the system. Our home recently went on the market and our selling agent told us our upstairs AC unit was not cooling. I called on a Wed afternoon and they got us scheduled Fri 8am. The service technician, Max, showed up on time and quickly pinpointed a bad capacitor which he replaced (under warranty!). Within an hour, the house is back to feeling normal again!
