Danny was very nice and knowledgeable. However the annual service on my Generac was disappointing. Previous service from other companies was much more complete. Other companies changed all the filters and plugs. This service the only thing changed was an oil filter and 2 quarts of oil. I was advised that if the plugs and air filter were changed it would be an extra charge. I feel I paid $300. Tax included for an oil change. Live and learn.

Dryer would not power up at all. All of the lights were off. Absolutely nothing worked. The technician was outstanding, very detailed with his progress and explained what he was doing and why. Extremely thorough, competent and complete. On a scale of 1 to 10 I would give him 1,000. I’m not convinced that the damage (bent 45 degree angle) of the pipe inside the wall that has been there for the last 40 years without any problems, developed by itself. This problem appeared after two weeks of the same progressive technician came to service the unit. I think the pipe was bent from the outside, and that created the leak (the bent is inside the wall of the house).The unit was working fine before the day of the service. I’ve been with progressive for almost six or seven years, and after this incident I lost confidence of the honesty of this company.

Progressive (swift bros) has excellent service. Called them Friday about a leak in the yard, Justin came right out to inspect the issue. It was the main water line leaking and he gave several options for repair. Decided to have a new line put in as it was easier, and Justin handled everything. He called dig safe for an emergency repair, got the heavy equipment and was done in two days. Very friendly, helpful and responsive. Will absolutely be using them again if needed for anything.
