• Over-priced, under-delivers. My $13,000 system has had nothing but problems in the 2 years since I had it installed. The contract I signed states a 12 year parts and labor warranty - they've come out to my house 6 times in 2 years, each time it costs me $130+. I was sold on "everything is taken care of" for the life of my system and every time I need service the response is always "everything but that"

• Our upstairs a/c went out late Friday. I really didn't want to wait days for a technician. I texted 6&fix that night and they said they would responded when they opened the next day. 8am I was already on the books for that day and it was back up and running in less than 10 minutes. • AC went out - of course while it was 100 degrees outside AND I was broke. Nick came out and let me know they would have to order a part but they would be able to fix it the next day! What a blessing since it’s not natural to just be sitting doing nothing and sweating at the same time. Gross. The next day Jay came out in a rainstorm and braved the elements to get the unit up and running. They were also able to set me up with a payment plan so I could continue to do things like eat and put gas in my car 🤪 Both guys were extremely professional and did a great job.

They were polite, informative, respectful and so hard working and dedicated. On what seemed the hottest of days we had to have a new HVAC system installed (in pull down attic). One of the products suggested by Bobby was the Daikin, a high efficiency product. It will help to save on our energy bills and has a great warranty. After having the system in and working for the last two weeks, we can feel and see the difference in our home. 6 & Fix really pulled through making the experience smooth and seamless.
