• September 2026 – Winter Service Exceptional service once again! Thomas arrived on time and was professional, knowledgeable, and thorough. He performed our winter service and also cleaned out a drain line that needed attention. Special thanks to Thomas and to Stephanie in the office for always being so helpful and responsive. I highly recommend their service packages. Keeping the system regularly maintained is well worth it, but just as important is the peace of mind that comes from having a relationship with a company and team you know you can count on. • Here’s a shorter, stronger version that stays focused on your firsthand experience: Extremely disappointed with my experience with Cool Change. I purchased a new HVAC system expecting a professional inspection and honest recommendations. I was assured everything was satisfactory, but after installation I discovered significant ductwork problems, including conditioned air escaping into the crawl space and the system running almost continuously. There were also known circumstances involving the ductwork, including a disconnected bathroom vent from a 2023 renovation and a washing-machine leak in 2024. This raises serious concerns about whether the ductwork was properly inspected before the new system was installed. When I raised my concerns, the owner’s response and treatment of me were extremely unprofessional. I expected transparency, accountability, and quality workmanship and unfortunately, that was not my experience. I strongly encourage anyone considering Cool Change to get an independent ductwork inspection and document everything before purchasing a new system. If you have experienced similar issues, please reach out. Together we can help chnge deception in business.
