• Accutemp was pleasant to work with; they were able to schedule the install fairly promptly despite being the busy season, and got it done in a day. Since then the heat pump has functioned very well, keeping a large upper storey room cool on hot evenings. They were also very prompt and accommodating in dealing with a permit issue that arose from the subcontractor, making it as painless as possible. Happy to say that I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again!

• Let's face it,nobody wants to buy a new air handler and heat pump! I know I didn't. I called around to several suppliers and was surprised how many were disinterested or couldn't bo bothered to call back. When I called accutem something seemed different. They immediately understood what my issue was, arranged for someone to come by and assess the situation. He arrived on time to the minute, sent three different estimates based on price and quality of product as well as a quote on repairing existing system. When the decision was made they gave me time when they would arrive to do the removal and how long it would take to complete the install. The crew was polite,well organized and left the place as clean as they found it. They said what they would do and did what they said and on time. Well done to accutemp and their amazing crew.

• We came home from vacation to a stone cold house. The heat pump was off as well as aux heat. I called at 0800 the next day and one of their journeymen, Daniel Neuman arrived around noon. Within an a couple of hours, he had diagnosed the issue and had the heat pump back running. He clearly knows his job and is also a very gracious young man. I can't recommend him highly enough. We've been clients of Accutemp for many years and will continue to be in the future.

• We had a terrible experience with Accutemp. They recommended we fix our furnace while another complany recommended a replacement. After multiple services and almost every part being replaced, the furnace continued to regularly malfunction. Despite very clear communication about booked service times we were rebooked with no communication multiple times. One time the tech simply did not show up despite saying they were sending someone and multiple unanswered calls on their emergency line. After a routine service another complany found a leak they had missed. We finally hired another company to replace the furnance. We had multiple episodes of poor communication and ongoing repairs despite regular servicing. Given the repetetive poor communication and service I would not recommend Accutemp.

• Called for request for a quote for my home. Was told someone would come for free estimate. They came, and months later I received a bill for "service" despite not having received service at all. I was awaiting my estimate. I was told the technician did work, but I explained that is not true as I was awaiting estimate for the work, and regardless it was now months later. They apologized. They then sent out someone else for the correct review estimate, which was provided. I thought this was a great way to remedy their error, however I have now been harassed for months for the invoice for the initial "service" from a USA based DNS global solutions collections agency. I have again contacted the company requesting they rectify this which has not occurred. As such I did not proceed with the work, which has a significant price tag attached. I would never support a company that treats their customer this way and communicates so poorly. Beware!

The first crew did a great job of removing our old oil furnace along with our old oil tank. I was amazed at the short time it took for them to drain the oil tank and remove along with old furnace. The next crew did an excellent job too installing the new heat pump along with the furnace system. Very professional, efficient and left the house very tidy. Before leaving they explained the simplicity of operating the controls. My overall experience was nothing but exceptional from the start when Jason Trivino came to my house to do an inspection of what would be needed. The quote he prepared was very professionally detailed and any further questions I had were answered quickly with a phone call to him.
