• Our 50 gal John Wood gas hot water tank developed a minor leak after 16 years of use. Quite impressive. I phoned Chris to get a quote for a replacement and found him to be very reasonable, fair and honest. The 2 employees who did the install were very professional and left the work area tidy. Would definitely call them again and without hesitation, highly recommend them to anyone needing plumbing/heating work.

• These guys were hired as a subcontractor to connect to sewer. I tried repeatedly to get a quote. They wouldn’t quote the job, didn’t even give an hourly rate for an hourly job. They showed up, the two guys sat on OUR lawn chairs for 95% of time the job was going on while charging $180 an hour. I only found out anything about pricing once the final invoice came in, and they’re rushing me to pay it. They also delayed and ruined the schedule for the job so bad that they were still connecting to the sewer while movers were on site to move out. They had three weeks and they left it until the day of the move out which they were aware of. Disgusting behaviour - I’ve never been shook down like this before and it leaves me with a gross feeling after all was said and done. Avoid this company like the plague. Go literally anywhere else.

• We recently had our hot water tank replaced by Bridgeman Plumbing and Heating. When we sent them photos of our tank they let us know right away that the tank was already leaking. They were able to send someone to replace our hot water tank same day. They were very direct about what needed to be done, and finished the job inside of a couple of hours. • Worst company EVER!!!!!!!!!! they installed a hest pump on my rental property a little while ago and when it broke, they told me that the manufacturer wouldn't warranty the part. The quote was $5k to replace the unit and they urged me to do it rignt away as their schedule was filling up. I engaged another company and they diagnosed the problem correctly and had the part covered under warranty!!!! When I questioned them (I think it was the owner I dealt with) and told him another company got warranty honored, his response was, "Good for you. " ABSOLUTE CROOKS!!!! USE FOSTER AIR INSTEAD!!!

• Bridgemen plumbing are the absolute worst. Like countless other reviews, we hired Bridgeman to come and do some work. Friendly, polite and nice enough to start. The two guys who turned up on site were super helpful. Then the bill, it was insane, like 4xs what they quoted. No one would return a call or help, not even so much as an email other than threatening collections. Absolutely avoid this terrible company at all costs. They will rip you off and they offer absolutely no service at bill time. Genuinely I have never been treated so poorly. Operators like this should not own a business. Do yourself a favour and find another company. Don't fall for the politeness at the start. Read the other reviews, they have a reputation for moving the goal posts and then harassing you for payment after they have ripped you off.

• Good experience with the installation of a tankless water heater…but when we later had a problem we had 3 service calls to fix as the repair guy insisted the problem was not with the tank. . After 3 service calls and unnecessary replacement of shower fixtures, my husband called the manufacturer and worked out the problem on the phone. Unfortunately, we had to have Bridgemans come out to replace that broken check valve. And Bridgemans would take no accountability for the wrong information the service guy gave us …and insisted we pay 3 full invoices for their bad service. After several attempts and a letter to get Chris Bridgeman to understand our side, he just would not compromise….we gave up and paid. Don’t be fooled by the initial friendly sale …not very friendly when you call about a problem…and will end up costing you to fix.

• I initially had a positive experience with Bridgeman Plumbing & Heating—Chris was kind, helpful, and eager to get the project started. The installation team was great and did quality work. However, once the work was completed, the tone shifted dramatically. Instead of maintaining professionalism, the communication became aggressive and stressful when discussing payment. I understand that businesses need to get paid, but the way this was handled made for a really frustrating experience. Rather than working with me to navigate the situation, I felt pressured and harassed, which was disappointing after such a good start. Don’t be fooled by the friendly mirage—once the job is done, that kindness disappears.
