First warning sign to me was the AI phone answering system. Maybe some people won't mind this, but I am really sceptical of a company that does not even have humans answering their phones. I ended up leaving a message and Mark did call back later that day, which was good. They made an appointment and a tech showed up to gather some information to make a quote. I will not mention the tech's name, as he did seem very nice/polite and I don't want to publicly shame anyone. But, I have to say that he seemed incredibly inexperienced. Over and over he could not keep track of where the rooms were inside the house from the outside, and we have a simple layout and house shape. He offered almost no opinions or suggestions about heat pump placement, size, brand, installation, etc., but rather seemed to expect us to tell him what to do. It was very odd. As he requested, I e-mailed my floor plan to his boss after the appointment to have a quote made up and three business days later have heard nothing back. I am not sure how this company appears to be getting 5-star reviews, but I will not be giving them our business.

Mark and his team are amazing. Very professional. They installed 6 internal units and 2 external heat pumps for us. The price they stated is what the invoice showed. There were no other hidden costs. They came on time, did the work professionally and answered every single question that was asked. They even helped us decide where to place the units to make sure that they were effective. I would definitely recommend them again. One of the best answers to the question that I asked was "How do I sign up for regular maintenance?" The answer was "You don't have to if the job is done properly and also, the maintenance of the units can be done easily." Mark was extremely quick to respond to all the questions. Thanks again for a fantastic job!!
