We had a great experience with Adlem Mechanical from start to finish. They installed a new dual-fuel heat pump and furnace system for us, and we couldn't be happier with the result. Our old system failed just before the installation, and Adlem went out of their way to get it running again so we could stay comfortable during a heat wave while we waited for the new equipment to arrive. That level of service was really appreciated. Communication throughout the process was excellent, everyone we dealt with was professional and helpful, and the final cost came in exactly at the amount we were quoted - no surprises. The new system is working extremely well and has been a huge improvement for our home. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend Adlem to anyone looking for HVAC work in the Okanagan.

I totally recommend this company to everyone! Lisa is so easy to speak to & explains everything you need to know about their services along with any possible work required. Marc inspected & serviced my furnace along with another fellow (sorry I don’t recall the name) but they were all professional, friendly & did a great job at a reasonable price. Kelowna is very fortunate to have this company. It’s very hard to find down to earth, transparent, trustworthy companies these days. A belated thank you, very appreciated!

I don't write reviews very often (this may be my 2nd?), but Adlem Mechanical earned this one. Before choosing a contractor, we shopped around and obtained multiple quotes. Adlem stood out from the beginning. They were by far the most communicative throughout the process, took the time to answer our questions, and provided the most reasonable price without cutting corners. On installation day, they exceeded our expectations. They arrived exactly when they said they would, worked efficiently, and took obvious pride in their craftsmanship. Everything was done professionally, and they left the work area spotless when they finished. What impressed me most was their attitude. They answered every question I had without ever making me feel like I was asking a stupid question. They explained what they were doing, why they were doing it, and made sure I was comfortable with everything before they left. In today's world, it's refreshing to find a company that genuinely cares—not just about doing quality work, but about treating their customers with respect.
