We got it scheduled and completed within a week. The price was reasonable. They were clean and professional and everything was completed within just a few hours. • This company is like their name says, "Affordable". It was refreshing to receive an invoice that didn't break the bank for a repair for once. Extremely reasonable pricing compared to other places. As to the repair done on our AC, Kati, (yes a woman), was exceptional in every way. She went above and beyond, even checking things she really didn't have to. She was very thorough, and extremely knowledgeable. Every question I asked, she answered, in detail, and explained what she was doing or checking during the whole process. Very happy to have hired this company, and even happier to have gotten Kati as the technician.

• Our A/C unit blew up on a Thursday in July. We were very aware of how old our (still functioning) furnace was so we knew 100% we wanted to replace both. I called for an estimate. Mark came to our home the following Tuesday at 9am. On time and neatly/professionally dressed for the occasion. We were also aware of how old our hot water tank was. Mark was pleasant and personable. We called Affordable because they were close by; small business; and local. Mark advised that we would also need a new hot water tank or he would not be able to perform the work required due to newer code requirements and available space. I understood and requested a seperate estimate for the hot water tank (because I was considering paying that up from and not including it in financing). Mark advised that he would do so. I requested the quote on a 2 stage furnace and single stage A/C. Mark was here for less than 15 minutes. He advised he would send me the estimate either later that day or the following day. I asked if he had my email address and he said yes. I knew he had my phone number as he texted before arrival. It has now been 3 days. 82 hours to be exact. We never did receive the estimate... Or a call.... Or an email. We have been without A/C for over a week (not that I'm going to die). I had 2 estimates from 2 other companies on the Friday & Saturday before this. Both those estimates were given to us BEFORE the salesperson even left our home. We wanted to make sure we gave sufficient opportunity to local small businesses before making this large investment. We signed with another company 2 days (54 hours after waiting for an estimate from Mark at Affordable). 2 stage furnace, 1 stage a/c AND tankless hot water system. Over $18K. Maybe this small business is doing better than some struggling small businesses and they don't need our business. I hope that is the case. But the fact that we were completely ghosted without explanation reflects extremely poorly and I would never recommend anyone wasting time getting an estimate from them. Look for a company that is actively pursuing your business and hard-earned dollars. P.S. I even checked my spam just in case!

Since our furnace was on borrowed time last fall, we reached out to Rick for help- and we’re so glad we did. They installed a new heat pump along with a new furnace unit, and the difference in our home was noticeable right away. Our house now stays at a much more comfortable, consistent temperature—definitely warmer this past winter and expect cooler more efficient results this summer. • We can't recommend these guys enough! When we had issues we called and one of the owners Rick picked up gave us some instructions to keep the heat on until he could show up the next day. They didn't sugar coat anything and recommended a new furnace and same day the other owner Mark gave us a reasonable quote that was within our budget and also lent us a heater for the weekend ! Not like handy bros that came over with sale tactics and a price that was way over our budget. We also had an excellent experience with their technician Kyle and Cory that installed our furnace and took the time to explain everything and prepped everything so they wouldn't dirty our floors and cleaned up before they left.
