Israel and Air Carolinas came to my rescue in this summer heat! He arrived quickly ( even though it was after 8:00pm!). He is super nice. He talked me through the troubleshooting and made sure I understood everything. He ended up adding about 2 lbs of R22 to my very old system to help get me through the summer! My home was cooler within an hour. I would 100% recommend.

Very impressed with Isreal. Our upstairs system stopped producing cold air. I called at 10 am & Isreal fit me in that day. I figured they wouldnt get there until early evening, but he got there at 4 pm. 30 minutes later, the system was working again. No pushy sales, just get to the bottom of the issue, offer a solution & get it done. Will be calling again for sure.

Well..it happened finally. Old system conked out. And again, Air Carolina’s saved the day. Israel’s team assessed after hours, provided fair pricing, and installed in a single morning. Great work!
