  • I highly recommend Brad with Andy Lewis for any HVAC/unit service and repair needs. From the moment he arrived, Brad was professional, knowledgeable, courteous, and extremely thorough. He took the time to properly diagnose the issue, explain exactly what was going on with our unit, and walk us through what needed to be done to get everything back up and running. What stood out most was his attention to detail and the pride he takes in his work. He didn’t rush through the job—he made sure everything was working properly before he left and answered every question we had. It’s not always easy to find a technician you immediately feel you can trust, but Brad provided that kind of experience. Outstanding customer service, excellent workmanship, and true professionalism from start to finish. We would absolutely request Brad again and recommend him without hesitation. A+ technician and a well-deserved 5 stars!

  • Shane Mitchell worked on my system today. He was professional, kind, and explained all i wanted to know. Thank you Shane! I will be on the maintainence plan starting today! I have had some serious issues with my system recently, and had to get a new A/C unit. Everyone I was in contact with was professional, compassionate and willing to work over and above the call of duty. I can't name everyone because I know I would forget someone. Thank you all for your time and hard work to make this situation a bit less painful!

  • The technician was prompt and very friendly. He could’ve easily fixed a small issue that we had, but he investigated further and found a deeper problem. We appreciated that level of commitment to fixing the problem. Outstanding service!

  • Update: they reschedueld my rescheduled appointment. Today, I get a call again that they need to reschedule again. Again, they are happy to cancel my membership, but no refund will be given. Ha They keep canceling on the day of or the night before. I was originally schedule for heating maintenance in July and got a call they have to cancel my appointment. So I rescheduled for August because that was the earliest they could do, and they cancelled again. Summer is almost over and I haven't gotten my AC maintenance service as stated in the contract. I asked to cancel my membership and refund the fee, and they refused it because it's non-refundable. They keep asking to reschedule, but what is the point of rescheduling because you are going to keep canceling?

  • I would give Andy Lewis HVAC zero stars if I could. We recently purchased a home under 4 years old, and the system clearly isn’t performing right—we have 10 and 12 ft ceilings with only a single return vent located on the upper half-level instead of the main living space. As a result, our feet are freezing and the home feels completely icky and humid. I called Andy Lewis because they were the original installers, hoping they could review the original work order and inspect the installation. I fully acknowledged up front that any install quality warranty had expired, but I simply wanted a professional to evaluate if it was set up incorrectly and help us figure out a solution to get proper airflow. They initially agreed to send a technician out and scheduled an appointment. Then, no one showed up. When I called to ask about the no-show, I was kept on hold forever, only to be told someone would call me back. They never did. Now, whenever I try calling, no one even picks up the phone. Extremely poor service and unreliable customer support. Save yourself the headache and go with a company that actually stands behind their work and respects your time.

  • Loyalty Means Nothing to Andy Lewis. I’m not usually one to complain or leave bad reviews, but after five years of loyalty, my experience over the July 4th weekend was unacceptable. On one of the hottest days of the summer, our air conditioning went completely out. Here is how Andy Lewis handled it: Saturday: We called hoping for prompt help and were put on standby. Fair enough. Sunday: Heard nothing all morning. Called back and were promised someone would come out Monday. Monday Morning: Called to confirm and was told a tech would be out "sometime today." Monday at 3:30 PM: Called back after hearing zero updates, only to be told nobody could come out until Thursday. When I asked why three previous representatives gave me the runaround and wasted my time, the last rep dropped a bombshell: 53 customers were bumped ahead of me because our monthly maintenance plan had lapsed. Our credit card was compromised earlier this year, leading to five missed automated payments. Yet in five years of on-time payments, Andy Lewis made one phone call (with no voicemail), sent zero emails, and mailed zero letters about the billing issue. Instead of extending basic courtesy to a long-term customer, they treated me like I didn't exist, claiming I was "no longer a priority." To top it off, every customer service rep I spoke with lacked empathy, and they said they would have a manager call me back. Two weeks later and no call back. The moment they pushed me to Thursday, I called another local HVAC company. They came out the exact same day and fixed the issue. Andy Lewis clearly lacks the quality techs and organization needed to support their customers during peak summer months, and they certainly don't care about retention. We only chose them because our subdivision recommended them, but shame on us for not reading reviews first. Save yourself the headache and do your research. You are just a number to Andy Lewis.

  • 20250717 Our home Ac system was build by Andy Lewis in 2021. We moved in September 2021, by the summer 2022 the system already have issue. It did not cool properly. We requested for a technician came out 3 times, and all 3 times between summer 2022 and summer 2003, all 3 time came with diagnose of everything normal when infact it is NOT normal. Now, with the warranty expires, they refused to take responsibility for the mistake that they created. I have to get a third party came out to do a diagnostic and find out there are restriction in the evaporator. Needed to be replace. Try to get on the phone with the "installation manager" to get told that i need to contact the manufacture myself to get the warranty and they have nothing to do with it. In the meanwhile, customer service of Andy Lewis told me the warranty does not expires till September 15th 2026. The whole company is a crook. There are many other HVAC company perform better than Andy Lewis.

  • We paid $3000 in January for a major repair in March. I went bad again. They came out and fixed it again under warranty and it went out again last week and they charged me $70 for diagnostics- took them four days to get the part and we were told twice that it was in only to find out the day we called it was not. The person on the phone Tea I believe was her name was extremely rude. We asked multiple times to have someone from Management call us and nobody ever reached out. We are both 60+ people in 95° heat and they could care less - they lost my business forever- on the plus side Leo was a dedicated conscientious young man. To repeatedly be lied to and to ask someone from Management to call and never receive that call is simply unacceptable.

  • I have been an Andy Lewis customer and maintenance plan holder for over four years, but my recent experience has led me to cancel my service agreement and look elsewhere. When my air conditioning stopped working on a Sunday evening, I called Andy Lewis at 6:42 PM and again at 8:07 PM after not hearing back from their dispatcher. During that time, I was only able to reach the after-hours call center they use for answering service. The representatives there were unable to provide any information regarding my service request or answer my questions. I did not receive a response directly from Andy Lewis until the following day at 2:01 PM, when I was told I could be placed on a waitlist for Tuesday with no guarantee of service. No one contacted me on Tuesday, and there were no updates regarding my service request. I finally received a call on Thursday evening informing me that someone could come on Friday morning. At that point, I let them know that I had already resolved the issue and had air conditioning restored since Monday. Facing the prospect of being without air conditioning for five days was frustrating enough, but the complete lack of communication made the situation even worse. At a minimum, customers deserve timely updates and realistic expectations. Fortunately, after not hearing back from Andy Lewis, I contacted another HVAC company on Monday morning. They were able to send a technician out within hours. The technician quickly diagnosed the issue as a clogged drain line, which had triggered the safety flow switch to shut down the system in order to prevent water overflow and potential damage. Having another company respond so quickly only highlighted the lack of urgency and communication I experienced with Andy Lewis. Other reasons I would not recommend Andy Lewis include: • Difficulty scheduling maintenance appointments; appointments often need to be scheduled months in advance • Inconsistent technician knowledge and skill levels • Requests for specific technicians not being honored • A technician who appeared unfamiliar with aspects of my system, including the filters that have been serviced during prior visits • Constant upselling despite my having a newer HVAC system and an active maintenance plan For me, this experience highlighted a company that seems focused more on volume than on customer relationships. I value responsive communication, qualified and consistent technicians, and a service organization that stands behind its commitments. Unfortunately, Andy Lewis did not meet those expectations.

  • Trey provides very knowledgeable & efficient HVAC service. You should consider having Trey train your new technicians.

  • We’ve had a maintenance plan with Andy Lewis for many years but the technician, Trey, who came out today was by far the most knowledgeable, professional and thorough specialist we’ve ever worked with. He was so exceptional that we’re requesting to take our maintenance plan to the home we’re building and requesting him to be our technician whenever possible. A big thanks to Andy Lewis and especially to Trey for keeping our HVAC in tip top condition and protecting one of our most valuable investments!

  • I signed up for a maintenance plan by in February. The first appointment I could get was July 9th for a SPRING service (nothing available in April, May or June). I took the day off on July 9th. On July 9th at 3:14PM I received a text that they won't be coming because they don't have the technicians available and I could reschedule a time in a month or two. What good is a maintenance plan you PAY FOR when you can't get the service you are paying for? And zero notice when I had to take a day off work for this. The employee that came out in February was very nice and professional and knew his stuff, but I can't wait 6 months for a maintenance visit - which would be time for maintenance for the fall/winter and I didn't even get maintenance in the Spring. Is that how this works? You pay for a maintenance plan and then actually NEVER get any maintenance because they don't have technicians available - sounds like a scam. Extremely disappointed in the lack of communication, the lack of availability for ANY technician to come for the service at ANY TIME over a 4 month time period. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND. Additionally, they were completely unapologetic on the telephone.
