  • I am a homeowner who purchased a new build with a Carrier HVAC system. The system experienced a major part failure in under two years. When I contacted Carrier, they denied coverage for the $774 labor cost, citing a 'parts-only' policy. However, my home closing documents clearly state a '10-year warranty' with zero mention of a parts-only restriction. It is unacceptable for a major manufacturer to hide behind undisclosed limitations. Carrier needs to stand behind their products and ensure their warranty documentation is transparent to new homeowners.

  • You arrive, check in at the security booth, go to the stop sign, wait there in your truck until they come to ask for your PU number and give you the ramp. It took me about an hour.

  • All review's about long waiting for loading are correct. Loading crew doesn't speak English and no one taking responsibility in the shipping office for the process and providing correct paperwork's. Lady at the guard house under impression that everyone own her that she is exist and even earth need to say "Thank you" to her that she is walking on it ....

  • I'm from Pam, and unlike the other reviews, my experience was better. I arrived late, around 12:30 PM, and by 1 PM they assigned me a gate and started loading my luggage. I loaded racks. I turned around at the entrance and reversed to avoid blind spots.

  • Arrived 30 minutes early for a 9am appointment. Had to wait quite a while for someone to assign a dock. Once docked, we sat for over an hour before unloading even started. Drivers are not allowed inside the building, so there was no way to get any updates. The actual unloading took only about 20 minutes, but the delay caused us to be 15 minutes late to our next drop.

  • We purchased a new home in 2021 and it was equipped with a smart comfort system that is made by carrier and now it is 2025 the air has been used 3 years and the system is leaking water on the floor so I called and repair man he came out and checked the unit and I was told even a little bit of dust could cause the water to fall off of the slant coil so he serviced and cleaned the unit and the coil it worked okay for a couple of days and started doing the same thing again the repair man said he had seen trouble out of these units so I give carrier a call and all they could do was ask me if I had it serviced and told me they would give me the number to to talk with someone at Clayton mobile Homes I told her no thank you and have a good day so if you want a quality unit evidently you might want to look somewhere else and not carrier I will never buy another thing with carrier on it and trust me I will advertise your product I should have read your reviews and seen your rating of three-point something before we accepted this house 🤬🤬🤬🤬

  • Make sure if you pick up more than 2 individual units you have individual tarp per unit. 4 units 4 tarps. They load pretty well and quick, only problem I was never told that until I finished, strapped and chained up the load, so had to redo 8 chains to get individual tarps on each unit. You are allowed to walk on trailer unlike the instructions, depending on the load. Every individual drivers are different set of instructions. One driver thought I was skipping the line and got his panties twisted with profanity when I clearly needed to pass them and go to a whole completely different building. Extra workout day, plus a deserved extra mental health day spa. Now, if they pay $5/mile would take another load again. Go truck yourself driver and myob )

  • This is the one of the worst shipping places I've ever had to deal with. 9 hour wait time to get loaded. Some of the workers here speak no English. Can't communicate comfortably to get clear understanding of whats going on here. Can't even talk to no shipping people in charge because they're all in their offices out of sight. Definitely will not be doing business here anymore. Absolute terrible management.

  • You'll arrive at the loading gate and go to security. They'll give you a sheet with instructions, which basically involves standing a few meters ahead and waiting for the forklift operator to speak to you. Everyone is very friendly. 😎🙏👌💯 Quick download

  • (35.3525407, -80.8241864) - truck entrance. Registration at security gate. Prepare PO number. Edge protectors mandatory for pick ups. Fast loading but long waiting in a line. No restroom for drivers available.

  • Been here for days trying to pick up a load I lost all weekend and there not even trying to speed up the process there worker told me lies and left I lost all day I’ve done plenty of loads even for this company and never have I lost so much money and time in my life . I lost 4days in total and it’s looking 5 if they don’t load me in 3hrs . There putting trucking company’s out of business like this ..

  • I had an extremely frustrating experience with this shipping company. They used their crane to load my truck, and in the process, they caused significant damage to the roof. Since then, I've tried repeatedly to contact them—multiple calls and emails—and have received no response whatsoever. It's beyond frustrating to deal with a company that is not only careless with their equipment but also completely unresponsive when it comes to taking accountability. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Absolutely terrible customer service! Will get our legal team involved. Stay AWAY !!!

  • Arrived for pickup, spend here in line 3 hours and was refused in cargo without any explanation. Deadhead was 140 miles. And now they can’t even approve that i wait at their facility.

    Andrei K.

  • Fast download, friendly people, opens at 6 am

    Francisco A.

  • loading too slow

    Mykola P.

  • Pam drivers...just go to the security booth to register for loading or unloading, the guard comes out to check around the unit and seals, he lets you in and you move forward in the left lane And you stop next to the left sign and traffic light post, the forklift driver will come for you and give you instructions on where to park for loading or unloading. Drive carefully.😉

    Wild G.

  • Worst company to pickup for. 4 hours for just 1 pallet. Beware truckers

    Gagandeep S.

  • Bad experience. Truck drivers, be ready to spend your time here! 5 hours+ to get my load.
