I have worked with Mark and Company at different factifies over the years. Have never had any issues with the service. the techs have always been pleasant and knowable. I have work with Harry several times who has gone above and beyond to get thing up and running asap, even if it was a temporary work around until parts came in.

The Climate Control of Charlotte team was exceptional. They replaced one of our main units in the Shads Landing Community. They were professional, pleaseant, and kept made us aware of everything they were doing. Scott came after the work had been completed to ensure everything was done correctly and was working properly. Call MARK with climate control. He was very friendly and knowledgeable. He helped walk me through my issue at the evening and got a service tech out there as soon as possible to take care of my issues very affordable. I would recommend them for future projects. Avoid this company at all costs. I paid for a repair in November that didn't actually fix my A/C. The technician even admitted he wasn't sure the job was done because of the cold weather and told me to call back if I had issues. When I did, they finished the job and then sent me a second bill for the full amount. I tried to resolve this reasonably with the office, but the owner insisted I pay full price for both visits, effectively double-charging me for one repair. Unprofessional management and predatory billing practices. Save yourself the headache and call someone else.
