Jim Dickerson Company is a family owned and operated business serving the Charlotte and surrounding areas. Jim, a Charlotte native, learned the plumbing trade from his father-in-law, Chester H. Creed, and worked with him for many years before starting his own company. Jim, along with his wife Judy, formed Jim Dickerson Plumbing in 1977. What began as a one truck operation has grown steadily over the years, and today we have a large fleet of service vehicles ready to serve you. Over the years, due to customer demand, we added Electrical and Heating and Air divisions to our company. Mr Joe arrived ahead of schedule, introduced himself. Mr Joe a very pleasant gentleman and didn't waste any time getting things in order to install the new hot water tank. The several times I called their office, Ms Trina (forgive me if spelling not correct) was very helpful with all my questions, very nice lady. I definitely give Jim Dickerson company a 5☆. I wouldn't hesitate to refer anyone to this company for any of their services.

Jim was extremely knowledgeable and respectful to our home went out of his way to only open wall section where he had to. Thanks to his experience we did not have to take out vanity which would have damaged the granite and tile floor . He was able to eliminate the old lines in slab and run new lines to get the leaks bypassed. Deb was very accommodating and great to deal with in the office and was a huge help with our coverage with Duke she took care of everything. Excellent communication from dispatch and overall staff.

Overall a very good company. Very prompt and reliable service with good communication. The guy that came out was very knowledgeable and hard-working. He took his time explaining the problem and giving me options. The service charge was reasonable considering the time they spent. One star off because their billing is a bit shaky. It wasn't always clear what they would be sending me or what I owed them. The final bill was split into two invoices for no reason and I never got the appropriate receipt for my payment.

Jim Dickerson Company recently replaced our Gas Hot Water Heater. Will quickly diagnosed and game us a quote to replace. The entire experience was unbelievably quick. The Duke Energy Appliance warranty was amazing and covered almost the entire replacement. Great value and service from both Jim Dickerson and Duke Energy’s appliance warranties.
