• Noah was on time, called when 30 minutes away and at my request, upon arrival. He was extremely nice and professional. The heat pump Capacitor replacement was done in a timely manner and I have no doubt that it was done correctly. Price was better than competitive. Thank you One Hour, Darby in the office and Noah. 2/2/2026 Kylie just left after working diligently in frigid temperatures to find and repair what turned out to be a faulty wire in my heating unit. She was fantastic! I now have lovely heat once again. The service from One Hour was top notch from the contact to set up the service to the timely same-day repair. I was so impressed for the second time that I contracted with them for seasonal inspections & service. Wonderful service!! 10/3/26 Kylie with One Hour HVAC just finished the heat pump maintenance in preparation for the 2026-2027 winter season. Again, Kylie arrived on time after the promised 30-minute arrival update and did an absolutely thorough job. Once servicing was complete, she reported that all was well. Good report or bad, it is wonderful to be able to trust what a technician tells you so I renewed my contract. Friendly and professional!!

• Great company. Professional courteous ,timely, and kept our house clean. They continue to follow up after the sale and install to make sure everything is working properly. We love the way they each check and recheck each others work to conform the quality of the install. A+ service and quality. 4/8/24 Noah came by for our checkup. Very proffesional and treated our home with care. Took the time to be thorough and at the sametime respected our time. Provided great service and went over their service plan. A+ as in all service we have received 10/17/24 Derek arrived early and took care of our yearly heat system check. He was polite ,knowledgeable and thorough. Found a couple of issues we could address ourselves and in the spring they will return to take care of the ac service A+ employee 1/7/2025 Dustin came because of a issue we had due to fumes coming from the heat pump. Did a great job showing up quickly and making a determination. He came up with an option that we hope will correct the problem. 1/13/25 Steven came and did a air duct cleaning today with his crew. They did a good job and were proffesional and thorough. Hoping this cures dust issue and smell issue. Very happy with their work ethic. 3/26/25 Derek as usual did a great job and was thorough. The last tech mentioned they dont clean the A frame coils until spring and the spring guy would get it but found out today it's not on the list of the things they do on annual cleaning. Wish I would have known earlier then I would have done myself. Not something Derek can control. 12/17/25 Steven came for checkup today and was very thorough and found a board in the outside unit charred on some of the circuits. Says putting in an order to get the replacement and replace asap. Next step await contact that the part is in and setup a service to replace it before its an issue of going out or worse. 1/8/26 Came last week to replace the part but turns out it was never ordered so tried a "similar " part which is never good after spending thousands for a unit that is supposed to be good and has an issue after 2 years. Apologized for not ordering the part and placed the order . A week after that they scheduled the install and I asked for morning. Never showed . Got call at 4:30 and said they just got the part "huh?" and i rescheduled for tomorrow. Defects happen breakdowns happen. BS is expected in my proffesional experience from everyone. Leaving the 5 stars. The Tech should be commended he's just a little fish depending on managementto manage and guide. Hope my unit doesn't catch fire due to a board that is already shown heat and scoring issues.Will update as soon as they fix it hopefully that will be soon 1/9 Kylie showed up early and proffesional. Went right to the unit and replaced the board in minutes. Did not waste time and thanked me for patience and was on her way. Great job and I respect people that get right to it and get it done. I would hire her. 6/26 Juan came to provide Sumner biannual service for our unit and was very proffesional and a pleasure to speak with. Still giving 5 stars to OHHA because of the people that work for them. 10/3/26 Kilie did our biannual winter service and was quick and efficient. Very pleased with her work.

• Asked them to come out to clean my dryer vent. The AI answering machine asked every question possible to sell me on a new HVAC. Tech finally arrives at the house, looks at the dryer and realizes it vents to the roof. So he tells us he cant clean it and leave with no further recommendations. 👎

• My landlord sent yall out and the guy I don’t remember his name but he had a bun and glasses and tattoos and his name started with a R. He was super nice at the beginning then in between got up in my attic and had to call someone and find out what was even wrong. When he called my landlord to tell her what was going on he packed up all his stuff while I was sitting right there and never told me anything just packed up and left. I get I’m not the one paying but he just left I didn’t know if I needed to stay for him to come back or what. But at the time my house was at 80 degrees obviously I couldn’t stay there. Then had a better company Bryon Jenkins heating and air and Austin had this fixed in 30 mins no problem but also mentioned that the man from this company left my entire air handler open up there. Ridiculous, rude, very dissatisfied.

He showed and explained in detail the problems that existed. I appreciated his thoroughness. Eric Stocker was efficient in inspecting the installation of my gas pack. Roman Rodriguez did an excellent job installing my gas pack...professional and helpful. Hamas was courteous and helpful during his spring cleaning of my a/c unit. Travis was determined to fix my heating system problem. It was an extremely cold day and he worked hard and long to make sure we had heat before he left. Thank you, Travis. Matthew was polite and explained features of a maintenance call. Lemar was polite, informative, and efficient during the A/C maintenance appointment. Lemar performed my heating maintenance and repaired some damaged ducts in my crawl space. He was courteous, helpful, educational and professional. Great job! Lamar performed my A/C maintenance. He explained the importance of the maintenance of both the A/C and heating systems and renewed my maintenance contract. He was friendly and professional. Eric Smith was punctual for my A/C maintenance and friendly as he introduced himself. He explained everything thoroughly and made sure he answered all my questions. He was very efficient and professional. Eric Smith performed my heating maintenance service with proficiency and friendliness. He was very educational in his explanation of his service, answered all my questions and even replaced my filters before he left. Dustin Burr was professional and friendly. He was thorough and efficient in performing my annual a/c maintenance. Dillion Harward was professional and friendly. He changed my air filters for me which was a huge help. He checked the batteries in my thermostat and found they were corroding, so replaced those with new ones I had. After completing the heating maintenance, he checked my duct work, then reported back that everything was good. Thank you Dillion for your thoroughness. Hunter Lefler performed my A/C maintenance, washing and cleaning my unit. He changed my filter in a return which was very helpful. He explained and left information about the Deluxe maintenance plan with One Hour. He was friendly and professional throughout his service here. Dillion performed the maintenance on my unit for the winter. He helped determine the problem with my thermostat. He was kind, informative, and professional throughout his time here.

Chad was professional, knowledgeable, and affable. He did a thorough job of examining my AC system and replacing/repairing if necessary. Chad shared pertinent information with his explaining my options completely. I appreciate his consideration and courtesy. Garth was prompt and quickly went to work getting my AC ready for hot weather. He was knowledgeable, very polite, and concerned that my unit was working properly. I appreciate his professionalism and his consideration shown to me. Jason was thorough, knowledgeable, and courteous. He wanted. To be sure I understood what was needed to keep my furnace running properly. I appreciate his concern and his time. Richie was prompt and very courteous.
