We chose them because we wanted a Trane system and after seeing so many positive reviews across multiple platforms. They were the only company I called where the owner, Kevin, answered the phone instead of an AI chatbot, which I really appreciated. Ernie, the co-owner, came out initially to give us a bid and was present during the installation to check in with the crew and with us. • After an extremely frustrating experience with another HVAC company, Prime Comfort truly came to my rescue. I had originally hired a different company to install a new HVAC system in my home, but they sent a technician who was completely inexperienced with zoning systems. • I found Prime Comfort while sitting in LaGuardia Airport waiting for my boarding announcement, after discovering that my upstairs AC unit — the one cooling the bedrooms — had completely died and was blowing hot air. I sent them an email from my phone and, since it was a holiday week, I assumed I probably wouldn’t hear back for a few days. Instead, they called me before I even got on the plane. A few texts later, Ernie was scheduled to come to my house the next morning. From there, everything was easy. Ernie was thorough, honest, and very low pressure. He inspected my existing system, understood that I’m away from my home for long stretches of time, and walked me through several options without trying to upsell me. I chose a middle-tier unit that matched his recommendation, and I felt good about the decision. The installation was just as impressive. They offered to come the very next morning at 8:00, and the crew was actually at my door by 7:30. They worked nonstop, installed and tested the new unit, explained everything, cleaned up, and hauled away the old equipment. Ernie stopped by several times during the job to check on progress, help out, bring parts, and make sure I was happy. It was about as hot as you’d expect in an attic during the summer, and the team still pushed through like pros. Another crew even came by to help finish things up. The advertised discount got me to reach out. Ernie won me over. The install team made me a believer who will absolutely recommend Prime Comfort to others.

• On Monday, Dillon came to service my air conditioner. He came first thing in the morning because he new i had to leave by 11:15. He let me know that my freon was low and their appeared to be a leak. He wanted to run a test to see where the leak was coming from( if one or more place). He came back on Thursday, performed the test and their was a leak. We talked about my options. What the repairs would costs, that i have an order system and was it efficiently or did it need to be replaced. He arranged to come back with his coworker Billy (who has many years of experience) the next day to check the system as well. They both checked the system and I decided to get a new system. They were both very professional and knowledgeable. They answered all my questions, let me know my options and once I made my decision, they walked me through the process: arranged for the installation on Monday and walked me through the paperwork. Dillon also called me on Monday to make sure the installation went well, called me later to make sure the system was working well and told me to call if I had any questions.
